The pharmacy closed at 6PM and a sign on the door advised the pharmacy would be closed until 10AM Monday. Got text messages all weekend saying my prescription was ready (the pharmacy is closed until Monday) and then a got a text telling me the pharmacy was closed and they would advise when it reopened. Never received any text advising they were reopened but I went there straight from work today and they CLOSED AT 6PM! Tried calling another Walgreens to see if they could fill it and no luck there. I advised that I was leaving at 4:30 AM tomorrow on a trip and was told I could call my Dr's office and have them call the prescription into their location. It is 6:15 at night, the Dr's office closed at 4!!! Horrible customer service and I refuse to deal with this crap any longer. Been a loyal customer for 30+ years but no more. I am moving every single prescription I have out of their reach so hopefully I won't ever have to deal with them again!

The only down side of the place is they just changed store hours so they're not open 24 hours anymore. So if I need to go out to get medicine in the middle of the night so my daughter will feel better, I have to go somewhere else. All in all Walgreens on east Euclid is a great choice to pick up what you need. I recommend it!

We waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru and then they told me my medicine would not be ready until Monday! I said, "I have two messages saying it's ready and I've been sitting here 45 minutes!" Called Insurance and they said Walgreens would not reinvoice that December charge to reflect my pick up on January 2, 2026 and it applied to 2025 as I feared and was assured it wouldn't happen according to my understanding. They do what they say they will do - get names and numbers if you like standing in lines and getting scripts here is my advice. Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.

CVS for the win!!, I…read morewas using a different pharmacy and ordered my prescription a week before I was out. They said it would be ready on the 3rd of July. I go pick it up... still out. Panic set in and I called a different pharmacy, only to be told that my insurance wouldn't cover it there. (Express Scripts-worst insurance ever) it was late, and I wasn't able to get the prescription sent anywhere else, so had to wait for the 4th of July. I called CVS on SE 14th and they had my medication in stock and they took our insurance. Win, win! So, we jump in our car, drive 26 miles and get there with minutes to spare (shortened hours because of the holiday) and then to find out the last pharmacy hadn't sent my prescription over. I made a call, and finally the prescription was faxed. The pharmacist stayed to fill my prescription and was so accommodating!! She went above and beyond to help me out! It was greatly appreciated!! Would definitely recommend CVS! While there, I was actually amazed at how nice of a store this is. A very nice selection of items and their prices were reasonable. The cashier was very helpful too, and signed us up for the rewards card and was informative about how it works. I'm glad I didn't let the low reviews scare me away because this CVS was awesome!
