Coupons don't always scan or come off like they are supposed to. I understand that this issue needs to be corrected by a higher up department but sometimes depending on who's working they are sometimes unwilling to help or correct the issue when it's not the customers fault. The store employees are so scared to override coupons or type them in manually which is frustrating. Big brother is watching stores closely and not allowing store level staff to take care of the customer. My photo order was marked as being done but at pickup they couldn't find it. I was told the printer was down and it didn't print. Annoying that my order would have been marked as completed as this was a time waster.
