When I needed a quick answer his so called assistant sent me a email stating that if she needed anything she would let me know.She is the rudest most unprofessional assistant. My knee replacement seem to go well I had surgery on Monday and Thursday I had emergency surgery for my hole in my colon ( I should have died) my surgeon what the notes for my knee replacement my family called for 2 days straight no one answered my husband went there himself to get all my information. No one was at the front they were in the back having once again on a break, my husband got really frustrated that the lack of the professionalism . My husband is a very quiet man but this staff was taking there time getting the information that my surgeon was asking for, fyi his office tried to call and NO one was answering. To sum this experience if you are taking you mom or dad to seek help Dr Traub is amazing but you need to think about when you have a question or need a prescription refill or even a referral which is common after surgery you will spend many many wasted days trying to get this staff to do their job. For another time don't get me started on their billing mistakes they have billed me twice one was paid by insurance the other was denied brought to the accounting department not corrected as of today 4 months later.

The next appointment was with Dr. Michelle who happens to be an NP but she was EXTREMELY kind. I went in for heartburn issues and she seemed worried and concerned that I was sick -- something that most doctors don't do. Ever since then, I've been going to this office. I moved out of Johns Creek 7 years ago and have been living in Lawrenceville & Dunwoody, and I must say I am always impressed with this office.

The office staff is highly responsive and very knowledgeable about insurance, etc. Because of their services, my gs has moved from the 10th percentile to the 42nd percentile in speech in just a year, only has 1 gross motor skill that we are still working with, and is in the normal range for mobility, range of motion, etc. Without their help, we would be struggling with a lot of different issues.

I cannot compare how well I did because this is my first broken bone and surgery but I progressed within a month to a point that I could walk with a cane. The surgeon also mentioned that the therapist did an excellent job and he was impressed that I was in such a good shape. Even…read morethough I made payments instructed by Johnscreek Physical Therapy on the date of each visit, I received the bill of $585- over three months after my initial visit. I was looking for physical therapy near my house and came across Johnscreek Physical Therapy. I was really impressed by the google reviews! When I was booking the first visit with Sarah, she assured me that she knows a lot about my insurance as she said you had many patients with Kaiser insurance. I made two appointments but decided to wait on the third appointment until she checks my insurance for the benefits because I wanted to avoid a billing issue as the one I have right now. Sarah left me the following voice mail on my phones after my second visit stating, 'Hi, this is Sarah calling from Johnscreek Physical Therapy. I just want to let you know that I got in touch with Kaiser and they gave me your benefit information. $40 co-pay, 60 visits per year which I'm showing none are used. So with that being said I will take what you have been paid and apply to your co-pay. If there's a balance left over it, will be refunded.' So I started my treatment with Johnscreek Physical Therapy but my condition did not get better. I decided to go to a different practice but I still thought very highly of them as everyone was nice and professional. On 9.7.21- Received the invoice of $585 On 9.10.21- My husband and I both took time off from work and stopped by the office. We played the above VM to the office staff. He said he will have his billing person look into my account and have her get back to me. On 9.23.21- A lady name Holly left me a VM and asked if I have I gotten in touch with Kaiser and find why they are not paying Johnscreek Physical Therapy??? I called her back at 12:12PM but didn't get a hold of her. So I left the detailed message on their website. I am not sure why I should be responsible for all of the bill as I would not have visited knowing that my insurance does not cover my visits. I understand that things can happen but I'm not sure why it took so long to find out. If I would have known, I would've stop coming here after my second visit, as I initially planned. I'm still not well and I'm losing sleep over this..

I started my physical therapy 3 days after my knee replacement surgery and I can attribute being back on the pickleball courts 6 weeks after surgery. I had some shoulder pain and Jason figured out that it had to do with my muscle in my back and neck that had been stressing my shoulder. They are knowledgeable and really strive to help their patients. Very personable as well.

So, I had to see Dr. Long Nguyen for the dreaded colonoscopy. I was as nervous as a cat in a dog…read morefight although the initial contact went very well. Dr. Nguyen was very reassuring and comforting as he educated me about the process. This was actually my third procedure but each time it is different because I have had it done in three different states. The prep was emotionally draining and actually the worst part of the whole process. On the day of the procedure I recall being introduced to the anesthesiologist who then stepped way from the bed. As I waited for him to return I found myself getting a little anxious when he gently touched my arm and said, "We're all done". BEST COLONOSCOPY EVER!! I received an immediate verbal and written report from the doctor and got a clean bill. Yaaaaaa!
