Not much to complain about. We got here late. Checked in for a nights sleep after coming from SF and will wake early to drive into Tahoe. Only thing I remember is that the sheets were loud lol and the shower was weak. It's so minor otherwise it was a comparable nights stay. I remember more of the breakfast bc it had a great selection. You can make your own breakfast tacos! Everything was fresh and good. There were a lot of people eating and staying here but we had a nice seat in the lobby to enjoy to all. The kitchen servers were on top of refilling items. Liked how they had cereal and I always go for the oatmeal. The salsa was it hit the spot with the tacos. We refueled with this breakfast before hitting the road. It was memorable and glad we visited this new location. We stayed in a lot of Hyatt hotel places on those trip. The Hyatt places at started blending into together lol but this wasn't one we had an issues with. If we are ever around here we'd come back and give it another try.

Our room and bathroom were spotless!Cleanest hotel bathroom I've seen in a long time! We stayed 3 nights, and I guess the days of housekeeping knocking each morning to clean your room are over because no one ever came to clean. We called the front desk after a couple days for a bathroom refresh and housekeeping came at the end of the day. Breakfast: sausage was greasy and had a strong pork taste. The sliced garlic potatoes were good but had no flavor or seasoning otherwise. The coffee was super light - not a dark roast but it was hot and freshly brewed. Bar: white wine from bar was good. Canvas was the brand I believe. Music: lobby music was very nice in the lobby but it thumped all night in our 2nd floor room. Finally at 5:30 am I called the front desk to request it be turned down. I had to make the same request each of the following nights after 10:00pm. One of the 3 nights Keira was really sweet and honored our request however the other 2 nights we were told by other staff "we're required to play music," and "I'll see what I can do." Neither of those guys lowered the volume by very much but did turn it down some. Ironically there is a sign on the guest room floors indicating its quiet hour from 10 pm to 8:00 am. Overall a nice stay and we would stay again on a higher floor perhaps.

Recently stayed on the third floor, rooms are ample, and beds are comfortable. I was surprised to see that a shared washer and dryer is supplied on the third floor for laundry. Hotel itself is clean and organized. Great customer service. We enjoyed the full bar one night. Daily breakfast had a good variety of food - eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, bagels, fruits, yogurt, cereals, oatmeals... the list goes on.

    Great mini Vay-cay!

Excellent Stay again. This is a great place to stay. The breakfast, coffee, and staff are pleasant and friendly. It's peaceful and quiet and I feel very safe as it was just me and my dog. It's very close to the Outlets, but far enough away that you are not around all the hustle and bustle of traffic and people. When you enter the room the temperature is perfect. I always use a wipe to make sure the remote, door handles and light switches are clean ! The room is super clean and very comfortable. The shades are perfect for a nice, dark room. I will not stay any where else when visiting the area.

Whenever I'm staying over in Vacaville, this is place to be overnight. The rooms are cozy and it's nearby everything you need. A few minutes from the outlets to save time and convenience. Also a get the job done gym and complementary breakfast followed by a workout. The experience here is always fulfilling before I checkout. I will be back........

Stayed for one night using a Thank You discount for healthcare workers. Easy access off the highway between Davis and Napa. Breakfast included a choice of hot and cold items like egg, ham and cheese on English muffins, breakfast tacos, and omelets. Unfortunately, limited veggie options. They also offered yogurt, fresh fruit packaged in Saran Wrap, bagels and cream cheese, muffins and cups of oatmeal. Parking was limited due to a wedding in the events hall next door, but a nice gentleman working at the front desk offered us his spot in front of the hotel when we found that the lot was full. Although there were signs posted about quiet time after ten, given the wedding and an ongoing local softball tournament, understandably the hotel was full of energy and excitement into the wee hours of the night.

Bed was comfortable, although had a few long hairs that were stuck on the sheets when we pulled back the comforter. We removed and moved on. Service when we showed up at 8:30 was weird. The front door was locked, and everyone who worked here seemed like it was their first time working a hotel. We told him we drove in and he didn't mention paying for parking until we were about to leave the desk. I asked in the morning to split the bill and the front desk worker told me "I wouldn't know how to do that" and said she couldn't. Weird. The hotel fire alarm went off at 6:30am and we all started to evacuate. It turned off 3 minutes later, so we went back into our rooms. Called the front desk who gave absolutely no guidance and said "someone walked all the floors and it looks fine, so do what you'd like". It went off again at 7:45 and again at 8. Breakfast was minimal and they were out of loads of stuff when we went down at 7. Seems like a really great hotel if they could get some qualified staff and work out kinks.

I left to have breakfast with Family so I didn't partake in the breakfast at the hotel but I tell you, the food smelled amazing. The only thing I would suggest is that when they clean the room, they ensure that the TV is completely connected. I went down to the desk thinking my remote was broken, but the clerk told me that the sensor was probably not plugged in and that it does happen. He drew me a picture of what to look for. Sure enough he was right. He also told me that that has happened many times and the morning clerk told me the same thing. Easy fix! Housekeeping needs to make sure it's plugged in correctly. Otherwise, this would get five stars.

SERVICE & TRANSITIONS -- good Friendly & easy-going check-in…read morew/good banter from Angel. Walking into the decorative lobby felt festive & fun but the vibe was eerily vacant. Slow sluggish elevators featured a nice view of the big (empty) atrium. Coin-operated laundry was available on-site. 12pm checkout provided MVP employees: Angel ROOM [King Studio Jetted Tub] -- poor https://youtu.be/M3UzX4dAu5o I was disappointed by the condition & turnover of the room: visibly & heavily worn, disorganized staging/housekeeping, & in need of a true deep-cleaning. The dimensions & functional windows were the most redeeming amenities. It was a long list of complaints otherwise: mediocre seating Severely limited storage weak lighting non-functional outlets BED [King] -- ok Mediocre pillows (Dream Surrender) w/a weak build quality. These were undersized & severely lacking in support. Conversely, the duvet was soft, clean & comfortable. Great at retaining heat. Overall an average sleep experience. BATH -- poor Cleaning standards were dismal . Cosmetically it was gross. The amount of paint splatter, rust, & discoloration throughout was nauseating. On functionally, it was surprisingly strong offering: a large vanity, substantial counter space, good sink installation, decent dimensions, & convenient storage cubbies. The shower experience wasn't bad. I enjoyed the high temps, Infuse bath products, & multi-pattern shower-head. Towels were rough... but clean. TV SOLUTION/ACTIVITIES -- ok Finally something noteworthy -- a gorgeous pool w/modest dimensions. Despite facing the highway, the vibe was nice. TV situ was serviceable and that's about it. The display was too small for the room type & the placement was impractical for watching from bed. Volume was also a challenge due to the low-budget model. WI-FI & CELL RECEPTION -- poor Status quo unencrypted Sonesta WiFi portal. Performance was stable, just very weak. --Performance-- Video streaming - good Online gaming - good Video chatting - good --Nerd Stats-- 8-10 Mbps download 9-21 Mbps upload 0% packet loss 16 ms latency 4 ms jitter FOOD & DRINK -- ok There were a lot of fun vending options -- including a popcorn machine! Free coffee was also provided. Breakfast was an unflavored smorgasbord of traditional offerings (cereal, potatoes, eggs, etc). Inside the room however, was an unsanitary, unsafe, disgrace for a kitchenette: Old dirty sponges, half-used (cheap) cleaning supplies, random arrangement of kitchenware, unusable water pressure, & wet dishes left to dry by live sockets. Yikes. in-room: microwave (mini) mini-fridge (small) coffee/tea wet-bar mini-bar NOISE -- bad Acoustically miserable... Loud pipes, creaking floors, thin walls, & thunderous door slams. At full (or even half) occupancy, I can imagine this one being a noise-nightmare. LOCATION -- poor Outlet mall are a few miles away... And that's about it; a non-redeeming "0" for walkability. Surroundings are desolate but it is close (next) to the highway, for better or worse. RECOMMENDATION Final Price: $162.00/night Was it worth it? no Best part: Amazon locker A low-effort rebranding of a failed Hampton Inn; Did not live up to marketing hype. Mis-represented & utterly disappointing. Do not believe the press releases . Will not return nor would I recommend this location. 2/5 @mrstaycation

Towels were hit or miss, the bed was rarely made, and the sheets were never changed. And forget about getting the room vacuumed. The noise level was also difficult. The walls are quite thin, and with several tour groups staying at the hotel, there was frequent early morning activity that made it hard to get restful sleep. Breakfast was disappointing--limited variety, often cold, and the coffee was terrible. They have "private" parking. There are people loitering around late at night, and there's no gate or security presence. So I really don't understand what you're paying for. On the plus side, they do have an indoor pool, and access to a gym is available at a nearby partner hotel. Overall, while the location may work for some, my experience left a lot to be desired. Meanwhile, myself, my wife in our three month old granddaughter are all wet. My wife and my granddaughter are sitting on the floor in front of the room in the hallway after 15 minutes, I went downstairs to see why it was taking so long and to read to ask for a room for my wife and three month old baby granddaughter so that they're not sitting and laying in the hallway, but they never offered us the room until after they finally trained the girl on how to change the batteries on the door then she asked if we would like another room why would we want another room now that we can get into our stuff the baby's cold shivering hungry that should've been the first thing that they should offered us once they figured out they couldn't get the door open themselves and the night clerk should've been trained on how to do that without having to call the manager in to show her a trainer, how to do it right then and there this is very unacceptable! I recommend that nobody ever stays at this place again cause I recently the employees are not trained properly. and they have no common sense when it comes to an infant involved in situation when they can't get into the room that has the infant milk clothes diapers are belongings and the top it off. We should've been offered another room to stay in until our door was open so that we can get our stuff and so that we could dry off instead of sitting in the hallway in wet clothes in the infant in wet diaper and clothes after the night clerk figured out she couldn't open the door. She should've put us in another room immediately because we had that three month old infant .There's too much chlorine in the pool and the Jacuzzi that my granddaughter's onesie colors, bleached white ruining the onesie in the Jacuzzi was lukewarm and cannot be adjusted because no one could unlock the control room where the controls were to turn the heat up! my reservation receipt is the only receipt I've gotten from them. They never offered me a receipt or gave me a receipt when I checked out this is the second time we stayed there the first time we liked it so that's why we returned to there to the comfort suites in Vacaville but we'll no longer stay there after the way we've been treated. and we will be letting our friends and family here all about how our day was how we retreated.

It's a one of a kind facility with a warm, accommodating management staff and I'll leave it at that, as praising it any further would bring a certain radiance which would detract from the locales mysterious and secluded vibe. How a compound so near to the busiest freeway in Northern California could tuck itself away into the Lagoon Valley pastoral beauty and remain a flower unplucked and hidden is rare and something we old school Vaca-villlagers and lovers of nature alike do appreciate and love.
