I had to contact WaterWay directly and wait two weeks for the new filter housing. They manager at Leslie's wasn't nice about it. He just shrugged his shoulders and said that's how it is. Jacuzzi has since sold to WaterWay Plastics. Already frustrated with having to do the work my service provider (Leslie's) should be doing, I was then presented with a $300 invoice for labor after install. I refused to pay for service I had already paid for up front with the extended warranty. The service techs were both very nice but I got the feeling they were not going to get paid by Leslie's for the work. Needless to say, I will never order anything from Leslie's again. A local small contractor will likely provide a better experience.

My service manager is Bobby, and he is training a whole crew in preparation for summer I imagine. Bobby is straight forward, efficient, welcomes questions, explains things and if you tell him something isn't quite right, he resolves it. Communication is terrific from Patriot.
