It felt like I as opening up myself to more charges later on. While waiting for them to begin the re-plaster and through the end of it I had a number of questions that came up. I texted them to Chris and by the end of the day I would have either a text from him answering the question or a phone call. Communication during the entire process was excellent. It reaffirmed my decision to use Crystal Clear. The results were beautiful. My thoughts were that it was nicer then when it was new, without prompting my wife actually said that very thing when she first saw it.
