    Peet's coffee

I was expecting more for a regency, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't amazing, I think it's outdated, the room carpet wasn't very clean, it has very noticeable stains on the carpet, the rooms were very small, but the location it's very good if you have an event at the Levi's stadium, also the Peet's coffee was delicious and very fast service, also the housekeeper was very nice giving me complementary water bottles since I'm a Hyatt member..

My husband has had a few conferences at this hotel, and we have had a good experience each time. The rooms are spacious and clean. I am really impressed with the lobby bar & restaurant at this hotel. Ummm....they have a full sushi bar at this hotel, which is amazing. We also enjoyed the breakfast options they offer in the morning. Please get the brisket hash & potatoes, amazing. All of the staff was kind to us during our visit. This is a good hotel option in Santa Clara!

Stayed here for 5 nights because it was a dog friendl and we had our dog on this trip. The Staff have been amazing here. The room was decent and they provided a dog bed for our dog. Would stay here again in the future.

Stayed one night for basketball tournament in town. Self-parking fills up quickly. Parking garage behind hotel, $40/night. We booked using group code so that dropped to $20/night. Elevators are small! Clean room, standard toiletries provided. Narrow hallways. Ice machine with water dispenser on each floor. No microwave in the hotel rooms, but there is one next to ice machine. First two bottles in the room are complimentary! Market/Peet's coffee in lobby. Need more lobby seating area.

So I went to the Metallica concert today and had to leave early n walk to the Uber spot . Since it was so cold out and a long ways to walk , I stopped to get a coffee before I proceeded down the street to the Uber pick up . I was so happy to go in there and defrost with a cup of hot coffee . When I went in , I asked the bell attendant for directions to the Uber pick up and he was so nice ! He gave me directions , offered for me to sit down relax a bit with some coffee. This type of service is what I was looking for on such a cold night . He understood my distress and offered a solution . Thank You Hyatt Regency for the service and compassion

    * Price: $160-200 plus. 4 stars. * Accommodations: onsite restaurants, bar, pool. Spacious room but lack of storage. There is coffee maker in room, fridge, toiletries, hair dryer, comfy bed. A large screen TV with option to stream nerflix and other programs. 4 stars. * Locations: Santa Clara convention center, Levi's stadium. Short distance from SJ airport. 4 stars * Motif: modern. However, everything seems a bit tired and fading. 3 stars. * Service: pleasant and friendly. 4 stars. We stayed over night for a work meeting. Our room was booked through work. We got free upgrade to high-floor, stadium view. The room is clean and spacious but lack of storage. There was no wardrobe or dressers. There is a tiny open closet with a few hangers. The bathroom is relatively small. There is no bath robes or slippers, so bring your own. Their soaps, shampoo, conditioning are decent. Overall, it is good place to short stay. We had dinner at their sushi restaurant which is decent and not expensive.

I stayed at the Hyatt for the Monsters dance convention. The rooms are nice and you are able to project movies from your phone on the TV which I really appreciated. It is extremely overpriced especially the snack store in the lobby, like most hotels, so I recommend bringing your own snacks or go to a local grocery store if you can! The staff are somewhat helpful when it comes to questions about parking/costs/convention/extra bedding etc.

Accommodations don't live up to the name or price point. It is very nice to be attached to the convention center, but there is nothing around for a bit! We stayed at the Hyatt for a convention. They could use adding valet or at least someone posted out there to greet guests and maybe provide some guidance regarding the check-in and parking situation. The front desk area is small and not entirely obvious when you walk in, although it is directly across from the entrance. The hotel lobby was ginormous, although be warned that most of it is a restaurant and not a place to relax or . There were very few non-restaurant places to sit, especially with a very busy convention going on. There was this one alcove area designated for outside food, but it honestly felt like a punishment area for not paying their prices. The restaurant was too overpriced for the state of the hotel and qualify of the food. Service was excellent though. The hotel room itself also felt a bit worn for the price point. The baseboards in our room were actually detaching with exposed nails! The bathroom was decent. The beds were cozy. We didn't have any terrible with external noise. One odd annoyance though was that the bottom drawer of the nightstand wouldn't stay shut for more than a minute or two. No matter what we did, it just kept ping open then slowly opening fully. Some might say it was a ghost, but I say they just need a renovation.

Small claustrophobic room with dirty, ugly carpeting
    Elyse E.

Two stars because the staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. Also, thank God, I got a balcony room because the windows do not open. The first thing I noticed was the beat up old carpet. It reminded me of a worn out hotel Las Vegas room.Room. $40 for parking and it's really hard to figure everything out and get out of the parking lot with your card. This hotel is a teardown and needs a complete renovation.

Came here for a dance competition and convention and had a wonderful stay. I used the World of Hyatt app to check in and out as well as getting into my room via digital key. It was seamless. The hotel is huge. They have 2 restaurants as well as a bar inside. They're not too bad, just pricey. My girls and I stayed in a double queen room. It was nice for the weekend. I would definitely stay again.

Sushie is extremely responsive and well known in the industry. I tried my best to be independent since I had hired them for day of coordination, but she kept tabs on me throughout the process and checked in with me often to make sure I was doing ok (which I so appreciate because I did indeed need the help). She linked me to her favorite and vetted vendors on multiple occasions which saved me so much time and hassle. She's extremely generous with her time and services (even too much! I worry that she loves her job too much...) She let me borrow her inventory, helped me so much with printing, streamlined my schedule for the day and so much more. I'm type A and a perfectionist, but honestly, it's really hard to do it all yourself in an industry you're not familiar with and trust others to execute it the way you want to. But I'm so glad I put my trust in Sushie and Jessica to make it all happen. On the day of the wedding, Jessica was onsite to make sure things run smoothly. She communicates clearly and has so much experience that my friends and family felt like we were well taken care of. Even through there were still some small hiccups during wedding, she was really understanding of my needs and helped me to smooth out where was needed. As a bride that worried and wants everything to be perfect, I think I hired the best team ever to make it all happen. Sending a lot of love. We knew nothing about the wedding process or where to even start and often found ourselves falling down different rabbit holes and side tracked. It was hard organizing our thoughts of what needed to be done, etc. Being a wedding bartender myself, I've seen Sushie in action as the bride & groom's planner for the events I've worked. I knew she was the one to have for ours! Even after our first video call, my husband liked her immediately. Sushie is hands down the BEST wedding planner you can hire in the Bay Area. She is super quick at responding and very straight forward, no bullshitting. She made the year leading up to our wedding stress free and we were able to have fun and enjoy the planning process. We told her our budget and vision for what kind of wedding we wanted and she made it happen. We were blown away by how exact she got to our budget at the end of the planning process! She also knows a lot of other vendors if you need them like HMUA, Photographers/Videographers, photobooth, desserts, DJ, etc. and all are trusted vendors, otherwise she would never recommend them to her clients. The day of the wedding went SO SMOOTHLY and literally, it was everything we imagined and wanted for the special day. I don't think it could have happened without Sushie and her team. If you're debating on getting a planner, stop. JUST HIRE ONE. Your future self will thank you and that money you spent on one will be so worth it and your sanity. Thank you Sushie for making the best day of our lives happen! Highly, highly, highly recommend hiring Sushie and her team for your planner though. NO REGRETS!!!

In the beginning, the security and parking were awful, but during my most recent visits for concerts, it was a breeze going through security (of course ensuring that all guidelines were met) and scanning my tickets. The staff were friendly and wished my group a good time and that the concert was about to start and we didn't miss anything. There is a variety of food stands to choose from; however, it would be better if they offered a few other types rather than the standard hot dog/fries/tenders booths. Pricing is okay, not great, but it's within the "new normal" range in the Bay Area. The bathrooms are relatively clean and toilets have automatic flushing. While there may be a long line out the door, just know that there are a lot of stalls inside the restroom and it actually goes by pretty quickly. If you're planning to visit Levi's for an event, make sure you know where to park and plan your travel accordingly as freeways and streets get congested and slow. Overall, Santa Clara does a decent job of handling the traffic on the streets than when they first opened so the flow moves pretty well. If you can park further away and walk, that will save you a lot of money. Lastly, if you are attending a concert in the evening or watching a game, bring a light jacket or sweatshirt as it can get windy/breezy within the stadium seats.

Pre-COVID, I would avoid a one-hour long commute to work on occasion as my employer partnered with Star Space as a remote working location for their employees. There are numerous working environments (some formal, some informal, and also includes an outdoor patio that has WiFi connectivity) that are all set up with external monitors and peripherals. The printing is fast and there are conference rooms that can be reserved in advance for a small fee. There are sometimes community events meant to bring together those using the co-working space to get to know each other and exchange ideas. Post-COVID, they have aligned with proper precautions for the county and I feel completely safe working from there. There is a key fob that you can use during and after-hours, truly making this workplace accessible 24/7. Their kitchen is also fantastic. It is usually stocked with many single-serve type items (think cheese, hummus, pickle pouches, fruits, trail-mix type snacks, and beverages galore). Microwave, kitchen, and non-stop coffee. (There is oddly a premium coffee machine up front that I have NEVER seen been used as they charge a fee. This seems like it is a waste and should just be made available for users to make their own coffee.). Lunch is usually via a group DoorDash, but I find it easier and cheaper to often order separately and have it delivered to the the front door. All-in-all, Star Space is a wonderful co-working space that allows me to work outside the distracting environment in my own home, but not having to commute to my regular workplace or to another distracting environment like the library or coffee shops. They have great receptionist too. Highly recommend!

I've planned and managed several Marketing events, so I can vouch that the team at Owl Vision is bar none. From lighting to sound to general aesthetic / atmosphere, Owl Vision made our backyard wedding come to life in ways I never imagined. The team did multiple site visits to ensure that we were set up properly with power and that they could provide exactly what we needed (and more) for both the aesthetic, but also for the coordinating team, bartenders, and catering team. Owl Vision worked with our vendors throughout the process, so we didn't even have to coordinate things like arrival times and timelines. The team worked with us so personally days before the event, setting up and customizing the lighting and sound to make sure it reflected our vision. We ran several test runs at dusk and in the evening with them. When our vineyard lights didn't dim, David (owner of Owl Vision) went out and personally picked up dimmers at the store days before our event. During our wedding, we had 4 tea, members running our event: a manager, an MC, a DJ, and a lighting designer. I cannot speak highly enough of this team, who worked in the background to run the reception perfectly. Their setup was not intrusive and they were working efficiently in the background with our coordinator to monitor the timeline. We, as a couple, are big into music and were very nervous about how the night would turn out for us and our family / friends. DJ Tav Tal played exactly what we had hoped for and even accommodated all of our last-minute requests as the night evolved. The team stayed well beyond contract and even helped us turn our wedding into a silent disco. Owl Vision management stayed to make sure the silent disco was working (until well after midnight) and then arrived promptly at 10:00am the next morning to clean up. If you are looking to host an event, no matter what the occasion, do not sleep on Owl Vision.
