It's disappointing to see a local laundromat mix politics into their signage. Posting partisan campaign signs is one thing, but pairing that with a message like "common sense prevails" feels like a dig at anyone who disagrees. Have been coming here for years staff used to be friendlier when the current owners father ran the place. The current owner seems like he couldn't care less about dealing with the customers and the turnover in staff shows how bad it must be. I've been shocked pretty severely by one of the washing machine doors and let the attendant know and she was shocked too. Called the owner in and no acknowledgement that anything even happened to me even after he watch security tapes.. Another time was hit by a truck in the parking lot asked the same attendant for a copy of the security tape to show my insurance company never got a call back from the owner. Today's issue is Machine number 2 wasn't filling up with water told true new attendant who said oh the cold doesn't work on this machine it's got to be warm or hot. Excuse me put a note on the machine if it's out of order. Had to get her to stop the load so I could move what a waste of detergent.. Am giving them two stars because at least they have an attendant on duty machines work well most of the time but prices are getting way to high. If I could afford a place where I could put in my own machines I would be so done with this place. Can't wait to retire and move away from this bad customer service place read more

I live on a boat and I frequent a lot of laundromats. This is the first one I have been to in 9 months where every single machine is working. The staff is very friendly, when I purchased my card something went wrong with the payment or the card and they fixed it immediately. When my drink fell funny in the vending machine and it blocked the flappy door and I couldn't get it out, she opened it up quickly and got it for me. The previous reviews seem to be old, so maybe different owner or different staff. But I highly recommend this place. I wish all the laundromats I frequent were this clean and friendly. read more

I won't ever come here again terrible service went to pick up my laundry at 9:40pm they were already closed on the website it said 10pm close all my work uniforms were in that load now I have to pick my clothes up in the morning , the 2 lady's were very unprofessional they laughed at my question I asked please fire them there both trash read more

When we have an influx of laundry in the house or need to wash big blankets and sheets we will bring it here. It's so much easier than doing one load at a time at home which can take hours. We're able to wash and dry everything and be done with it quickly. The prices are reasonable. The building is always very clean with an attendant on duty. They do the card system so no quarters! They have a food / drink vending machine and a separate laundry vending machine. They also have some days when the detergent is free from the business. All in all it's a great place if you need to use their services. They also have a laundry drop off service! read more

The owner of this establishment is absolutely unprofessional and cannot admit any fault when his business and/or equipment is starting to be defective. I had someone close to me do my laundry only to hear that a few of the shirts were burned and the owner or any of the staff did not want to take any blame but point a finger around like children at each other. I was offered $20 as a way to keep quiet and reimbursement for the clothes meanwhile a single shirt nowadays costs about $20. Half of the machines barely work and you have to sit there scanning the card several times before the machine realizes it's not broken then decides to do whatever cycle you pick. They've lost a dedicated customer as I'm not coming here anymore. Stay away from dryer 12A. read more
