He denied damaging the blouse, " we do not damage clothing", he insisted I brought it in damaged, said he would try to repair it, but when I asked if it could not be repaired, than what would he do. With that, he became very angry, unprofessional, and said he would not even attempt to repair it. He told me just pick up the blouse as he never sent it out anyway.
