Great experience! My boyfriend and I went in after a long night out in hopes of recovering quicker -- we each got the Hydrate Hangover drip. My energy was at an all time low but the team here at Hydrate Medical put me right at ease. The receptionist inquired about my situation so she can best tailor a IV drip suited for me and offered me a beverage in which they had my favorite CoCo water as I wait for the RN to hook me u on the drip. I was placed into one of their lovely suites with plush love seats with full array of enterntainment options from Netlfix to HULU. The atmosphere was relatively quiet and well managed in terms of cleanliness. The prices are super reasonable and they offer you two bags on the drip if you can handle it. Usually one bag is sufficient for me but during my visit, my body quenched those two little bags right up. This place has saved my boyfriend more than once!! He has severe gastritis attacks, and the only thing that makes him feel better is coming here. We have gone to the ER multiple times before and he can't even get one full bag of fluid, usually has to be stuck multiple times, and wait hours in discomfort to even get in. Here, we have walked in an hour before closing, and walked in another time during the day and both sessions were smooth and seamless! The office is very cute and clean. They are concerned for your well being and ask important questions to get a better understanding of your overall health. If something in your health history raises a red flag, they will not proceed with treatment until they get clearance. Woke up this morning with swollen sore throat. My ear is inflamed. Just overall shitty. So my cousin recommended to get the wellness IV. Now I have recommended this place to sooo many people but I have never try it. Step in and up the stairs. Pam who's is our host and nurse help us check in.. I got the special as a first time client. $49 for the Wellness IV, Which is what I need.. She showed me into the room. Nice and quiet.. Got the IV and she added the anti inflammatory med with that. 30 mins later, I'm done feeling a lot better than what I started with. I had a good experience. Got a bag full of vitamins and antioxidants. I came in feeling very unwell and dehydrated. By the late afternoon I was back to normal and noticed an immediate difference. They were very professional and despite the historic building, it was very very clean. I would return. My only suggestion would be to pay more attention to the IV line as it goes in. Incredibly professional staff, excellent service and product. I picked up a stomach bug flying back from overseas and just couldn't keep up with fluids. I scheduled an appointment online, and was seen first thing the next morning. After a couple bags of fluids and some extras I was definitely returning to the land of the living. All in all, I received excellent care, I avoided a trip to the ER/Urgent Care and was back to work much sooner. I recently went here as I was recovering with a bout of Flu. The nurse on duty swiftly guided me to an IV cocktail that was right for me which I really appreciated. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I was given my choice of beverage (they had La Croix sparkling water woot!) and a remote to a flat screen as I laid back in a comfy chair as I "hydrated". The results were something I could not deny. I think this is a great concept..I'm waiting to see how I feel after my first visit. The hours are too limiting for my busy schedule with only being open Friday-Sunday but I think they are flexible or "on-call" if you call ahead. So, I guess with a call ahead, I should be able to get an appointment as needed. Overall, nice atmosphere. Just visited the location in Huntersville. A little understaffed, however, the nurse was so sweet and accommodating. You can tell she LOVED her job! The facility is peaceful. I recommended that they put together a membership program so patrons can come more often affordably! I did take advantage of the Instagram offer, however, it's a 1 time deal and I want to come back but I cant afford to. I have already recommended this place to my facebook followers in hopes they try a refreshing IV drip instead of traditional medicines for a boost. read more
