Please do not waste your time or money on heat therapy for cellulite weight loss or this brand for that matter. It is such a toxic scam! They lie to get you in the door with an add that leads you to believe low cost. Then they lie to you some more. The next CON is after you sign the contract they say Oopsie I forgot now you have to pay an extra $250 for fee that was not included in your 12 month no finance charge . So you ask obviously, and they say because you chose the "no finance charge option" there is an additional fee for that. So I said, let's just cancel or change the plan all together. They said oh we have no control over that. You have to take that up with the finance company. What the actual!!!!! And even though you did not sign your name, but they signed your name for you, still have to pay and did you lose any cellulite? You asked to see before and after pictures did they show them to you? The answer is no no no and no scam. Scam scam scam please do not do this ladies or gentlemen. read more

I was leaving a restaurant at SouthPark when I decided to check out iCryo. I was given a tour on all of the services. I was so impressed that I purchased one of the lifestyle packages. I couldn't wait to get started. I was nervous but everyone helped put my mind at ease. Please download the app so that you can schedule appointments at your leisure! Everyone is so friendly and they will try and accommodate you, if you just happen to be in the neighborhood and pop in. I love the Infrared sauna and the whole body Cryo. The two together really helped jumpstart my metabolism. My skin is also much softer and more supple. If you don't like cold, try doing the sauna first and then the Cryo. South Park iCryo pretty much saved my life. I started going last January 2023 Daly. I was paying for an unlimited membership and I thought I would use it and stick with it for a change. The red light bed after surgery was a lifesaver after shoulder surgery. I would then go to the infrared sauna For 30 minutes at 145° and it felt awesome to sweat out bad toxins and the benefits are unreal. You have to understand what cold therapy does to the body for healing, inflammation, weight loss, depression, it's almost drugs without taking drugs. I cannot say enough about the owners Ernie and Jennifer as they welcomed me in like a family. The personal information and personal guidance to which I needed and ultimately ended up losing 67 pounds in less than six months. I cannot stress enough what this place does. From the owners all the way down to the staff make you feel comfortable and at home. I recommend iCryo to anyone that has any type of ealth issues. I had a 5 star review on here up until Friday when they completely lied to me and I gave them every opportunity for this review not to happen because I believed this was the fault of an untrustworthy employee not management/ownership. I was wrong. They charged me $29 for a 'consultation' that turned out to be a sales pitch. Yes they charged me for me to go in there to sell me something else under false pretenses. I requested a refund to which I was told no. Explained why and got well I'm sorry you were lied to but we can't give you a refund and stopped responding to me. This place is excellent, and the employees are top-notch as well. I was a little wary of cryotherapy and some of the other services they offered, but after trying them all out, I became a firm believer. After a few visits, I decided to get their monthly subscription package. (I highly recommend this as you end up saving a lot of money) My favorite services include infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and PBM red light therapy. The girl was admittedly unfamiliar and filling in for the regular person. She promised to refund my appointment deposit. Over a week passes, I reach out and am told there are no refunds. I explain the situation, emphasizing this all took place within an hour and again I am promised a refund. Weeks have passed and I have still not been refunded! Excellent range of services for health and wellness. The monthly unlimited pass is great, I can go every day and have services to manage stress, weight and helps me be able to recover from exercise. I do cryotherapy at least 5 days a week, red light therapy bed and compression therapy. I do the vitamin shots for weight management. During competition training this past winter, after the third time trying to fill my bathtub with bags of ice from a gas station I decided I needed a different way to assist recovery. I found ICryo after a few searches and came across the cryo-sculpting, which was an easy and enjoyable experience all around. This led me into trying all the services at ICryo over the next few weeks and I have enjoyed them all. When I'm feeling really run down or stressed, the PBM light bed is a go to. When I'm achy and sore from hard training, the full body cryo chamber is a godsend. And if it's specifically after a hard leg day the compression therapy for the lower body is a great add on. I've seen improvements in mood and performance since consistently using these modalities. It's a great way to add a little self care into my training plans and busy work schedule.
