Evolve Body Remodeling: this treatment consisted of laying on a table and having these metal plates/components placed on the area of the body that I wanted to focus on. I decided to focus on my abdomen as I wanted to tone and "remodel" that area. We started at a level 5, however depending on your experience and pain tolerance you can go all the way up to 50. Despite being a little apprehensive, my medical assistant Maricela was super attentive. She asked about my comfort levels, eased my worries, and was a great resource throughout the entire process. Forma Facial: this treatment used a wand that utilized heat to tone and massage the face. I had no main concerns but I did want Maricela to focus on my forehead and my jaw/neck. I was informed this facial would help with toning but also tightening my face. It was very soothing and this treatment could vary in heat and temperature. It was honestly easy but Maricela was still making it a point to check on me throughout the treatment. Results: I have attached my before and after pictures to this review but look at the difference! When I returned for the appointment, I saw a different PA, Sheri, who gave me different information. She told me the brown spots on my leg actually could not be treated with the laser after all, and that I would likely need 6-12 treatments rather than 4-6. She also did not know whether the recommended products were vegan and cruelty-free. Additionally, she explained that I was supposed to use the products for several weeks before beginning laser treatments -- something I had not been told during the original consultation. The first PA had mentioned the products, but never explained that pre-treatment use was required before starting the laser. Sheri contacted the product representative to ask about the vegan status of the products, but the rep was unsure and could not provide any timeline for getting an answer. At that point, I left without receiving treatment. Both PAs were friendly and professional, but I was frustrated by the lack of consistency and communication. We have taken our money to a real professional med spa and we are enjoying much better results with up-to-date equipment.
