Let's start with how exceptional everyone is at YOU Aesthetics. Rhonda, Lisa, Brandi, Sydney, Angela - I've had each of them provide various treatments over the years and do a phenomenal job. Most recently, I've been focused on clearing up my back because I've struggled with breakouts. It's killed my confidence. Sydney suggested a series of chemical peels. We did the first round 4 weeks ago and OH MY GOSH. My skin is almost entirely clear. Between the chemical peel and The Perfect Derma Body Wash, my skin looks amazing. I'll never use Proactiv again. It's a huge waste of money. The week of peeling following the peel is worth it. I'm shocked at what a substantial difference even one treatment has made. Simultaneously, I've been working with Brandi and had a microneedling series done. My skin looks more youthful. It's been a few years since my review so wanted to give an update. I continue to see Yoana for a facial every single month. She knows skin so well that I just trust her to do whatever she thinks it needs and don't question her professional judgement. I am biased to her now and I don't feel like I'd trust anyone else with my face (although I prob would with the other aestheticians that work here). I also won a raffle for a free syringe of lip filler and did my first filler in October 2023. Let's just say it was so good that I did it again in October of 2024. Nadine is seriously a lip filler master. She is a perfectionist and is VERY detail oriented. She is meticulous about her placing and also comforting in her composure. I have gotten so many compliments on my lips and how good they look. Even from my best friend who is no stranger to fillers. She even had Nadine fix her lip filler since she felt like it wasn't even and was FLOORED with her new results. Nadine established enough trust with me after my first experience that I also let her do my Botox. She killed it there too. I gave YOU a try and was disappointed that the Botox had completely worn off after less than 2 months. I have been getting Botox (elsewhere) for a few years and had the same number of units injected as I always have. It normally lasts 3-4 months, but only lasted half of that when YOU treated me. I decided to give YOU one more chance and made an appointment. When I called to book the appointment, the woman in the phone confirmed my name and my last treatment date before booking. I arrived for my appointment, was taken back to the treatment room where the injector confirmed that the Botox had worn off. I was then informed that it was too soon for me to be injected again and the appointment should never had been made to begin with. Why was this not told to me when I booked the appointment? Already frustrated, I left the office and within minutes received a text that a new appointment had been booked (which I did not agree to). I called the office and was told that the text I received was supposed to be for someone else. The employee had incorrectly booked someone else's appointment under me. Nadine went over each treatment with me, and what really made feel like I was in honest care was that instead of just doing all the treatments to make money and not really care about the patient, she actually advised me to not go ahead with some of them them, and voiced that she truly thought what I needed was minimal and would not want to proceed.
