Super happy with Ericka at the Encinitas location. We Did not have an appointment for today but she accommodated us got us in for an amazing IV treatment on a much needed long weekend. Can't thank her enough for always helping us with which IV and vitamins we want/need for our body. I hate needles and she always makes us feel comfortable with the process. This has been our place for IV treatment for the last year and we will keep coming!

I originally bought a Groupon for my daughter after she went to Coachella and was feeling dehydrated but she never used it. So, it's kind of good because I was feeling blah lately and thought what a perfect time to get some IV hydration. When I walked into the place, I was greeted by Gina. Feeling nauseated? Dehydrated? Muscle aches? Cramps? Hungover? This is your place. The new location in Encinitas is very convenient(pending you can drive that is). With so many viruses trying to attack our immune system I saw no better way to spend 30 minutes on my day off than to get an immunity infusion. Megan the infusion nurse checked me in and made me feel so comfortable and at home. She's wonderful! I can feel the difference as soon as 10 minutes into the infusion. Love it. read more

My mom was in town for a tournament and mentioned how we should get the Athletic Drip the day before our games. Funny enough, even with my tattoos and piercings, I'm not a fan of needles. Especially the bigger IV needles. When we first walked in we were surprised how busy it was. I loved how open and clean the space is and how they kept the big doors open the whole session. Even though it was cold outside, I appreciated how much airflow was circulating. It made for a more comfortable experience. They do offer blankets if you need them. It also smelled of warm oatmeal, which I appreciated. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never done an IV drip outside of being in the hospital. I was expecting a more quiet, more relaxing atmosphere but given that it was their grand opening weekend, the vibes were a bit more upbeat. Kelly was the nurse that helped me out with my IV today and we also added a B12 drip. They offer a variety of drips and add-ons for basically all of your needs. It's right next to Choice so you can refuel after your hydrate. Excited to see them again! read more

I have a lot of "doctor" friends and 4 of them NEVER heard of denying someone an IV. I think the "nurse practitioner" was an idiot. Now I have to scramble to find another option. I would not recommend this company. There are lot of alternatives in the Palm Springs area. No reason to go to these clowns.

The nurse was meticulous putting-in and removing the IV, pinch going in wasn't any worse than a blood draw, infusion itself was painless (and not cold? I'm always cold when hooked up to an IV). A couple hours after leaving I felt noticeably better, woke up the next morning feeling like my old self, followed by a great workout. The facility was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. I'm so grateful something like Hydration Room exists, that I didn't have to seek other medical treatment just for fluids. I don't recommend you allow yourself to get as dehydrated as I was, but if you are Hydration Room should be your first call.

She changes the needle several times if you're doing a bunch of Botox and fillers (to avoid injection pain). She only does exactly what you ask her to do and the results are fantastic! they have been great! I have been struggling to hydrate and as I try to work on this behavior (carrying a drink, getting enough liquid, etc), it's been helping me so much. it may even be saving my life; I'm 83 lbs and terrified. when I come here they just take amazing care of me with prices and availability you can't beat anywhere! awesome place! I felt something coming on - the scratchy throat, cough - and was visiting the area. I found ASAP IVs in my google search. I called and they were so helpful. I had options for a mobile visit or an in clinic visit. I chose the in clinic in Encinitas. It's was easy to find parking , surprising. Inside, It was clean and comfortable. I have been using ASAP IVs for several years now. 99% of the time is for my elder 88 year old Gma I take care of, but sometimes, when needed, for other family member so definitely more than 30 times, that's not an exaggeration. Today Chelsea RN cared for my husband- who hates needles and all that healthcare implies- and she did such a great job. my hubby was peaceful and calm, even smiled and joked a bit. Had such a great experience at ASAP IV with Holly! I came feeling unwell after having 3 root canals and high levels of sedation dentistry . I received the works IV plus a glutathione push. Unfortunately during the first treatment my face was burned and I ended up with deep purple bruises and blisters. I had to stay home for a week until the blisters subsided. My face became more red than before the treatment. I was told that the next two sessions would give me the expected results, but they did not. My face became very sensitive and the redness didn't go away. I noticed deeper broken capillaries in the areas where I was burned. When I expressed my concerns Sydney simply shook her head and said: "there is always a risk". My risk was in her hands. Her job was to assess my skin type, select the appropriate filters and correctly adjust the laser's energy setting, but she is either inexperienced or incapable. After contacting Sydney again I got a call from the owner, Stacy Grissen and she set up an appointment for me to come to see her the fallowing week.The day of the appointment Stacy called me and with an aggressive tone of voice informed me that she was cancelling our meeting, (BTW if I cancelled an appointment the same day they would charge a fee). She said that I snapped my fingers in front of Sydney's face, which is a complete lie... and btw why wait a week to cancel an appointment? I guess she decided to be offensive rather than being concerned that her employee did damage to my face.The way she treated me is inappropriate and dishonest. I am writing this to warn anyone who is thinking of using this business : go there at your own peril. There is no place for a business like this in our beautiful community of Encinitas.
