She explains everything clearly, answers every question, gives you clear written after care instructions and you can just tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. What I appreciate most is how much she prioritizes safety. I've had to rebook appointments more than once, because I still had remnants of spray tan on my face and another time because of my tretinoin use. At the time it felt like a bummer, but it showed me how much she truly puts her patients first and will never cut corners. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated.
