And, of course, it occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that the company handling my warranty would not be available for at least a few days, I searched out to companies that were available 24/7. Orlando Appliance Repair was one of those companies. Upon calling, the customer service rep put me in touch with their field-rep, Igor. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost. If a company can be this prompt and respective to new clients calling on a Sunday afternoon that they would end up not be getting business from that day, I can only believe that their actual work would be first-rate and I would not hesitate to connect with Orlando Appliance Repair for any related needs in the future.

I contacted Tim on April 16 and I was told due to a conflict with other jobs and rain, the cutting of the branch will have to be postponed for April 23. On April 23, I contacted Tim again and this time I was told that he had a broken a finger and cannot work for the next 4 weeks. Since then I have attempted to contact Tim (between May 19 and May 23) via text messages, company's phone, and the company's (Beaver Tree Service, Inc.) contact webpage, but I did not get any replies to either modalities. I would adjust this review when the company will return to finish the job.
