The company was hired on April 12, 2021 to provide a fallen tree removal (invoice #1619) and to cut off a single branch leftover in the same tree (invoice #1620). The first part of the job was completed on the same day (invoice paid) with the understanding that the 2nd part will be completed on April 16, 2021. I contacted Tim on April 16 and I was told due to a conflict with other jobs and rain, the cutting of the branch will have to be postponed for April 23. On April 23, I contacted Tim again and this time I was told that he had a broken a finger and cannot work for the next 4 weeks. Since then I have attempted to contact Tim (between May 19 and May 23) via text messages, company's phone, and the company's (Beaver Tree Service, Inc.) contact webpage, but I did not get any replies to either modalities. I will always use Beaver Tree Service for my trees! Tim has proven over and over again to provide quick and more importantly safe service for me and my neighbors. Yesterday, a day after hurricane Irma, we found that a tree had fallen right towards our den and power lines but was caught by a smaller tree. Tree guys were all over our neighborhood for other work and the quote they gave was excessive. I was extremely worried that the tree could fall on the house and Tim responded immediately! Beaver Tree cleaned up our Oak Trees at our residence and did an exceptional job. The tree's look amazing now and we have received multiple positive comments from our neighbors. The work was done on time and they maintained a clean work area by mulching the limbs as they worked. Our yard rarely looked a mess throughout the day as they cleaned up continually. Also, we can tell safety is a big focus for them as they seemed to have all the right tools and safety equipment to get the job done... we weren't concerned about tree limbs falling onto our house any time throughout the day. Tim and his crew did a great job cutting down a 40ft Laurel Oak. It was in a tough to get at area between a screened enclosure and a community wall. Their price was far below the 2 other quotes, with that said, their quality of service, communication, and follow up was outstanding. I found Beaver Tree as they were doing work for a neighbor around the corner. They provided me with a firm written estimate, and we were able to schedule the work promptly. They provided all the necessary paperwork (business licensing, insurance, etc.). Tim phoned ahead to confirm schedule and arrived on schedule, and the work was performed as discussed. They were also able to do some additional work which I requested when they arrived (for an additional, but reasonable, fee, of course). I wil definitely call Beaver Tree again. They were professional, arrived on time, did they work correctly, cleaned up after themselves (the yard was actually cleaner when they left than when they arrived), were polite, and were very reasonable in their fees. (In fact, they were significantly less expensive than other companies from which I received quotes.) read more

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars. We've lived in the same house, which sits on 2 1/2 acres here on the Butler Chain of Lakes, for the last 20+ years. We have a lot of mature trees (I can't even count how many) that needed some serious TLC. We felt overwhelmed and didn't really know where to start with the project. Tim and his team are not just a bunch of guys with chainsaws so they won't be as cheap as some of the others on Yelp or Angie's List. They are licensed and insured which is so incredibly important when contracting guys to do this kind of work on your land. Tim, the owner, was on-site leading the entire project making sure everything he promised to us was actually delivered. What they did enhanced the look of our property more than we could have ever imagined! We love it! We have recommended Beaver Tree Service to several of our friends and colleagues. My husband has already used them for one of his properties (medical office building) and he, once again, was very pleased with the job from start to finish. Recently called Beaver Tree Service to cut some oak limbs that were starting to infringe and grow into some palm trees. From the beginning when I called, the service was very professional and timely.
