Our pup got very sick and made a mess of our living room carpet. I did all that I knew to do. There were no stains but there was a residual smell I could not get rid of. Super Steam had an A+ rating with BBB & had good ratings form customers who recently used them. When I booked my appointment Super Steam warmed me they could not guarantee that the pet smell would be gone after the service. I was able to book an appointment within a week. They arrived within the hour window when they said they would arrive. I received a text when they were on their way to our home. The gentlemen that arrived was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful to our property and hard working. He placed corner protractors over items that were near his lines that ran from the truck into our home. Although I though our carpets were clean, they looked even better after the high temp steam cleaning. It's been 48 hours from our cleaning at the time of this posting. I no longer smell any pet orders. Even if the smell comes back, I would reuse Steam Clean again. read more

This is the second time we have used SuperSteam to clean our carpets. Both times incredibly dirty carpet came clean! The first cleaning was most evident on the edge of the steps. We've been using Super Steam for at least 15 years. Once or twice we tried other carpet cleaning companies, but always returned to Super Steam. We've always had cats as our pets and sometimes they will cough up a furball that can really stain a carpet, We've tried various cleanups that seldom help, and always end up calling Super Steam. Really love this company. Joe cleaned our carpets a few months ago and was superb. Just had them cleaned again and the job was not so good (not Joe this time). We have used Super Steam for years. They are always prompt, friendly, and answer any questions we have. Our carpets have turned out wonderful every time. Moving back into our house after renting out for 8 years. I am allergic to cats and our renters had 2. We are also remodeling and doing construction in the house. Gentleman that came out to do our duct cleaning just recommended for us just to do the main floor vents for now, to get the cats hair out and the do a full cleaning after all the construction is done in the house. Good price, and a huge improvement. Neil was the person steam cleaning and he was very professional, kind, and did great work. Low pressure on the upgrades/up charges which is always nice. I was worried the coupon deal would be a bait and switch but the coupon price covered everything but the stairs. The stairs were an extra $3-6 depending on if it was a landing or not, I thought this was a little expansive but he spent a bunch of time and effort on them so the extra cost made sense. read more
