Shortly after we were being moved to Washington state and Dr. Boese perfectly timed it to get my braces off before the move. The staff is super friendly. His assistant Nyssa is quick and makes sure my wires never bothered me. The office is always clean, the doctors were very informative with my treatment plan during my travels. Going through my before and afters was a very proud moment for me! Dr. Chad was extremely patient with me throughout this whole experience. In the middle of treatment I moved to San Diego and then San Francisco and he was able to see me on random weekends/Saturdays when I was in town. He also went above and beyond to personally send me my new trays, keep in contact with me so I could show him my progress, and send me home with a generous amount of chewies and other necessities during Invisalign treatment. I have good insurance and I got the ceramic braces elsewhere and never paid anything extra out of pocket. My son got the metal ones and it didn't cover?
