I can't remember the last time we all sat down for a meal together. The outdoor space was relaxing. The addition of a new blackstone griddle in the back made cooking up big breakfasts fast and easy. The proximity to the beach made trips back and forth to from the house to take a toddler to the bathroom, fix lunch, or run back to grab something quick made for a stress free week. The hosts were incredibly accommodating even though we hardly ever saw them. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The weather was great..even with the complimentary downpour day to let the skin come off sizzle mode..just perfect. We were a large family group... family coming in from NY, NM, Ca and Germany. We pushed the limits in space but with the backyard patio area, rooftop hot tub soaking deck (special accolades to that), the ocean so close and so many places you could walk, bike, paddle to we never at all came to in your face situations... which we all know with family is usually inevitable. We wanted to do something special for our Mom (Omi) for her birthday so we took Mary Ann and Tom's referral and hired the caterer that they suggested... we did a luau theme and they came to the house with the pig roast complete with Hawaiian veges and salads. I for one was amazed that we actually surprised her but I do believe we really pulled it off. We were initially hesitant to rent because of landowners sharing the same house..but we started our search late and there weren't many options to accommodate our large group so we took the chance. Couldn't have been any farther from the fears we had to reality. Always friendly and helpful.. never intrusive or controlling. By the time we left it felt like we were leaving old friends.... the hot donuts Mary Ann brought us from an old time LBI donut shop, the morning before we left sealed the deal! Our family grew up summers in LBI..staying with friends that owned and/or our family renting for weeks at a time. I think I can speak for our family in saying we came home that week. A wonderful magical place in our memories. Lucky me got to share it with my granddaughter while my Mom (Omi) is still with us and oh so big a center of our family. 4 generations of LBI addicts.... what better place to enjoy family!

They have super nice on-site staff that will address any/all of your concerns right away. They even text you right after check in to be sure you are happy. We love Cest Blu it's our favorite location and is usually booked a year in advance. It's absolutely breathtaking. We also love Fishbay suite, which is the absolute best location when you have autistic children like we do. Then they can see everything, go out do 1-2 things, grab food and come back and it's right there. It's front area is also perfect for the kids on any rainy days. The beach suites are fantastic. We like the bottom ones as you can walk out your back door right to the pool and courtyard. Especially wonderful for those with disabilities or elderly. It's a smoke free environment as well. Grand Beach House is one of our children's favorites. It's on the bayside and is nice and quiet, has the pool right behind it, the office and courtyard right there. It's close to the free bay beach, and to the boardwalk but not so close it's loud and it's safe. All of their properties are. We also love Sandcastle it's beautiful and has a cute little coffee station. It's on a property with a pool as well. My parents love Park 1. It's close to the o Street beach, and boardwalk, but is SUPER QUIET.

My mom and I were trying to plan a high school graduation trip with me and 9 of my friends (17-18). We were very much aware of the restrictions of having that many young adults, which is why my mother was staying in the same room as me and the 9 other girls. From the start in all of our emails we were very upfront with who was going, what the trip was for, and what the restrictions would be for a group of young adults. They told us as long as someone over 21 was in the room there would be no problem. When my mother called to finalize the trip we were speaking to Nicholas on the phone, she discussed having all 9 girls and herself stay in one room, and two of our adult family members staying in another room. Nicholas said that was all fine but when my mom mentioned each of us getting a beach pass, Nicholas retracted the all good and asked how old the kids going were. My mom said they were 17 to 18 years old cause it was for a high school graduation trip. He immediately started rambling how the prices we were quoted weeks ago were wrong, we couldn't have that many young adults in one room, the town would fine them, and Nicholas stated to my mother he found it "hard to believe" she would actually be staying in the room with us. ( He gets even more unprofessional) I called back myself just to see what the sudden confusion was about. When Nicholas picked up I said my mom had just called and things got confusing so I just wanted to call back and clear some things up. Which is when he got very rude. He told me I need to understand when its 12 young adults in a room its too much. When I reminded him it was 12 people total and only 9 teenagers he got extremely nasty. Saying "I have been an attorney for 35 years, I'm not gonna be able to talk around him" This was never my intention I was just trying to follow up on what happened. When I asked straight up where this confusion was coming from he said "Can you ask your mother why she's a liar" and when I told him to re-read all the email we had sent he said I better watch myself because he would "Make sure my last name wasn't allowed anywhere in that town" and asked is I was "Proud of how I was speaking" This was the most unprofessional phone call I have ever had, and if you ever need a rental DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE. And if you ever need an attorney I wouldn't go with Nicholas he likes to threaten teenage girls!!!

The owner agreed to lower it to 2850 a week. As of today the price under Arthur Rue is 2500.00. They had called me October for a deposit for the 3 weeks in July and August. The price was 2850.00 not the 2500 as advertised on their site. I nicely said I could not rent it. The unit smells like mold in the kitchen and the inside back stairs, we had to change the water filter in the refrigerator, the AC filter, clear the blockage in the outdoor shower. Had to buy a blender, no pot holders, no ceramic baking dishes I bought them. Only curtains on the living room / dining room, had to wear sunglasses to eat dinner. Parking was horrible. The location of this unit is 16 O street. I understand that the unit currently has no electric meter on the house,because of flooding upstairs and leaking down stairs. Then I was constantly being called by them to let someone come a see the unit, while we were still renting it.

REVIEW: 315 N St, Seaside Park!! As the end of Summer 2025 comes to an end, I wanted to write a…read morereview on the house I rented on 315 N St during the month of July 2025 from ARTHUR RUE AGENCY. Over the last 5 years of renting this home and spending around $64,300 in rent, this month was the absolute worst! Every year the house has gotten more and more warn down with the owner putting no work into keeping it up to date. I haven't seen one new thing placed in the home over the past 5 years. I am not even sure how it passed code enforcement. Do you think they could even have a working toaster?! I even had to buy a couch cover to place over the couch cushions due to the smell and stains that were present throughout it. Even better was the outside couch that my son-in-law fell through just while sitting and drinking coffee one morning. His arm still hurts from hitting the concrete. I also think its odd that there is not one railing on the outside steps in the back yard, which caused another family member to fall and severely sprain her ankle as she had no railing to hold onto. The railing in the front of the house isn't much better as that one is also broken! Over the 5 years I have been renting this home, I have complained about that washer and dryer not working. During this month, of course, the severely outdated washer and dryer finally decided to stop working. Not only did it break, but we had to be the ones to change our schedules to make sure we were there for the delivery of the new one. And just to remind you, the washer and dryer is located in the only bathroom in the house. So that was extremely convenient :) The best place that the owner thought to store the broken washer and dryer pieces was also directly at the bottom of the backyard outside steps. This caused our family to have to climb over the pieces and thus unable to move our bikes from the backyard. We would have gone out the other side exit on the far end of the house, but that side held all of the owner's broken chairs that she didn't feel like getting rid of. Let's also discuss the closets and drawers in the house. Before you can even place clothes in a drawer, you have to make sure to remove the bras, underwear, towels, bed sheets, rugs, and comforters that are already in the drawers and place them in multiple garbage bags. And then place the garbage bags in the only available storage area in the house: the top bunk bed. Guess we won't be using that anymore! After this rental month from hell, I spoke to code enforcement in Seaside Park. They asked me why I had rented this house for 5 years. I told her it was all about the convenience of putting my kayak directly into the bay from the backyard and having my coffee overlooking the beautiful scenery (which was thankfully not part of the house because I'm sure the owner would have found a way to ruin it). I took this house "as is" just to enjoy the serene mornings of life at the bay. However, the disrespect I have had to endure over this last summer from the owner and Arthur Rue Agency, 315 N St will be open for rent in July 2026. If you do rent it though, let this be a warning. If anything were to break, need replacing, or you have any problem, do not expect the issue to be dealt with with the professionalism or swiftness that you would expect from an owner and a real estate company. That being said, if anyone has a bay front property for rent, please let me know! My kayak, my coffee, and myself would love to rent from you!

All kinds of goodies related to the show as well as custom print shirts, hoodies, etc. The Jersey Shore House is right behind and above the store on the boardwalk and you can even book a tour of "the house" when they are running them. If you take the time to walk around the block you will see the enterance to the house including the iconic Italian painted garage door you see on the show. The staff in the store was more than friendly & helpful. We ended up spending over an hour in the store because there are so many fun items to see! Enjoy!

Definitely one of the most groundbreaking shows in TV history because it really put reality TV on the map in a big way for people that weren't even famous. It also defined a look which so many girls and guys go for (yumm) but is not very well represented on TV. It was very fake and staged and manufactured (all reality TV is, and it all sucks equally, and we're all fools for ever watching it), but at the same time it's good that it came around because people can now be honest about what they want to look like, and what they like looking at. JWoww is definitely one of the sexiest girls in TV history and Snooki is one of the cutest and most adorable as well. People love to hate on the people on this show, but if it's up to me I would say there's nothing wrong with these people or anyone else on TV specifically, any more than is wrong with all of us. We love to point fingers and judge, make fun and ogle other people's lives. It's a substitute for having lives of our own, and the only people any of us should be judging and giving advice to... is ourselves. Worry about yourself and let the Shore people and every other person, live their own life. More importantly, we should focus power on the 1% that control us and keep ripping us off and destroying our world and making money off it and then lying to us about it. Let's be honest, if we're being superficial - and the whole world is, more and more - it's the sexiest TV show with the sexiest girls and Snooki & JWoww we're absolute beauty queens. My current girlfriend looks like both of them and I'm delighted about that.
