they do a great job and i am very satisfied with the results. i got 5% all around and got the exact…read moreresults i was looking for. the reason for 4 stars is because i had previously had tints on the back 3 windows of my sedan. before service i told the customer service rep over the phone that the tints were there and they would have to be removed. then when i went to pay after service my total was $100 more than i expected. they explained it was a $100 charge to remove the old tints. which i completely understand the charge for the labor and all that. but i was disappointed that they didn't inform of that before service or else i would've been prepared. it just caught me off guard and was really not great customer service imo. overall i am satisfied with the results and the work they do, just be mindful of extra costs they might throw in!
