The e-mail i sent ----Rickie. not only did you do the most incomplete job, you were extreemly rude and combative, using inapproiate language. I didn't appreciate being called names. I never cussed at you. Also many many times I asked to speak to the owner and was told he can't talk or call me back. I left my car in your care and when i picked it up not only did it not run but it was flooded with rain water when you put it outside. I specifically asked you to cover the (CONVERTABLE) up with a tarp for ONE day so i could travel to pick it up. When I came to pick it up the car was flooded, full of water. We had to scoop the water out with cups and buckets before they would put it on the tow truck. The fact that I paid $9,000.00 to you and had to tow it out of your shop after you couldnt get it running again and told me you didn't want to work on it anymore is unacceptibe. I had to pay to tow it out of your shop for a 2 hour trip to Richmond. (wasn't cheep) . After 2,800.00 at another shop to fix what your shop said they did. i can give you my mechanics name, information, phone number and more. He will answer any questions you have. and you are free to contact them. I have their testimony, photographs, and repair bilI. I regret hole heartedly bring my car to you. I also made the mistake of telling you "i know nothing about cars." You used that information to take advantage of me. The one thing. The only thing.. With that being said, you get what you pay. By far a long shot from OEM parts, this is oversea parts, that will make you curse and holler while trying to get them to bolt up. But, they are very very economically priced. Other than not lining up great the only other con to their parts is the sheet metal they are made out of. Most come with a very think coat of black primer and unless you get some paint on them as soon as you install or before they typically will get surface overnight. The metal is very thin. That coat of paint is important if you want it to last more than a year though, even if you coat it with a rattle can, just something to protect it until you get your finish paint on there.
