Words cannot express how much I love Hyline. Our Boxer has been going there since he was a pup and as he gets older the family vacations seem to take more of a toll on him. The first day we were gone we received a message that he wasn't eating and they asked if they could add some wet food. If course we said yes and he gobbled up his food. we received daily pictures of our boys and it was obvious that they had a great time. when we got back, Morgan mentioned how Jake did seem a little more "Holman sick" than normal so we got extra snuggles and when he didnt want to eat, someone would sit with him, some days they even hand fed him. the care they give our dogs is amazing and they always go above and beyond. Seriously the best place ever!! Leaving my pup has always been hard, emotional, and not easy! Hyline is the best, they post and send a picture of your dog everyday to view, are ALWAYS available to call and check in, they always have such a good eye on my lil guy! When I go to pick him up he almost wants to run back inside and not come home!! I can truly tell they treat him well and he has so much fun, I couldn't be more thankful for the staff here and the connection they make with my dog. I had a delayed flight this last time I went to pick him up and the kindest lady stayed so I could pick up my boy that night. Thank you Hyline I couldn't recommend this place enough!! Hyline has so many great services and plenty of space to curate dog play groups. I love that they can accommodate most any dog, and you can tell they really care about your pets. several years later when starting our new puppy there, a staff remembered our former dog who had passed away and only went there occasionally -- a good sign that they retain employees and so sweet they remembered! the shuttle service is great for daycare, and makes the location not an issue for us, and you can have your dog groomed there too. It makes me so happy for to have a place our dog likes to board her, or for daycare. Highly recommend!! read more

We haven't left a review for many months, and since we find them so valuable whether finding a good restaurant or the best dog hotel, we decided to leave another after our pups last visit. We recently adopted a female German Shepard that had never been socialized and had no clue how to play with humans or other dogs. Hyline made an assessment of her behavior and needs and she is now attending doggie day care and having the time of her life and learning along the way. She is becoming the dog she is meant to be. The staff is the best and cares for each and every critter. We are so lucky to have Hyline in our area. They even post pictures of her during the day so we can see how things are going. Every time my dog stays at Hyline he gets super excited when we're about a mile away and realizes where we're going. He literally bursts in the through the door with a huge smile, tail wagging. He is always well cared for, with staff very attentive to the details requested for his needs re food, exercise and lots of other things. Although he's excited to come home, there's always a 'paws' before he hops in the car. Hyline was great, and will be my go-to for boarding services! My 2 dogs stayed with Hyline over President's Day weekend and had a great time. The facilities were awesome, very clean with lots of space for dogs to run and play. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and asked plenty of questions about my dogs and what they were like and liked to do. Hyline is incredible. The staff cares so much about their doggy guests and my dog gets so excited to go there. One time my got sick while being boarded, and they gave her bacon-flavored electrolyte water, probiotics, and even offered to arrange a vet visit if we wanted--all the while communicating with us frequently. For daycare services they take special care to arrange the playgroups for an optimal play group dynamic. Everyone there goes above and beyond, and I can't recommend them enough! read more

After 8 years of trying to groom our Springer Spaniel, Wugs, on our own, it was time for a pro job and luckily I spotted Hyline Hotel online. Wugs was just groomed for summer and to our total surprise he was still in excellent shape under his thick winter coat and looks very much like himself when we adopted him 12 years ago! We have had our two Australian Shepherds board here numerous times and have used their daycare service a few times. Our dogs love going to Hyline, they begin to get excited as we near and burst out of the car once we arrive. The facility is located 15 minutes outside of Bellingham and kept clean and well organized. Staff are attentive, sending pictures to us as we enjoyed our get away. Our dog stayed at the Hyline from when he was a puppy to an elderly dog for both boarding and daycare. The ownership has always been committed to serving their customers and loving their dogs. Facilities are top notch and the staff take great care of the dogs. The staff go out of their way to support the needs of their customers. Our little Havi, Pualani, just had the time of her life during her last boarding experience at Hyline Hotel for Dogs! She has boarded many times in the past for different trips, including a 3 week trip to Arica and she loves it there. She gets to play with different dogs and handlers and I love seeing her pix of her running and jumping with her friends! Huck always appears healthy, clean and happy after boarding here. He doesn't want to come home sometimes, lol. My only issue is that they will not make any exceptions and I cannot pick him up outside their posted hours even though I live about an hour away and make a point to only board him at this facility. This makes coordinating travel, flights, etc. a bit challenging. but...obviously it's worth the drive and hassle or I would not leave this little love with them. read more

Hyline has been amazing for my doggo. The staff is always friendly and helpful and you can tell they love working with dogs. I've both boarded my pup and take him there for daycare. He had not had a lot of socialization with other dogs and they helped him ease into the right play groups based on his personality and it has helped him tremendously when we run into other dogs at the park and on walks. My dog has been going to Hyline for 10 years this month... boarding, daycare, and grooming. Austin and staff have gone above and beyond caring for her, and I highly recommend them. When we rescued her, she was a frightened, abused girl with fear aggression and she has become a sweetheart with the staff and other dogs thanks to their hard work, patience, and coaching. We were a bit nervous leaving our one year old dog overnight for the first time, but she did great for her three night stay at Hyline. They posted photos of her playing and were responsive when I messaged to ask how she was doing. She appeared to have had a wonderful time; she even tried to follow her handler back to the kennels when we picked her up so that indicated to us she was also well treated! read more

We've been taking our labradors to Hyline Hotel for over 20 years. They are great! We especially appreciate that as our dogs age, we can reserve the private patio kennels so that they can go in and out as they wish. The staff is very professional and always friendly and cheerful.
