Santos looked at my car and gave me a pretty reasonable price he said he could fix it and it would take a week to a week and a half. I say okay. I dropped it on a Wed and he called me exactly 1 week later on Wednesday!!! Amazing...I drove up Thursday morning to find my beautiful car looking gorgeous and the price was better than expected $$... I could only say thank you thank you it (Idris) looks amazing.. I looked up the reviews of their approved shop and wasn't too impressed. A friend of ours recommended we go to B&J Auto Body for the needed repairs and I'm glad we did. Not surprisingly the insurance company tried to lowball everything every step of the way. B&J did an outstanding job in dealing with the insurance company and getting them to understand that you cannot cut corners and the car needed to repaired properly. It took much back and forth with the insurance company but B&J prevailed and the car was done right. I know cars and I'm pretty meticulous. With that being said, I can say that I cannot find any flaws in their work and I'm 100% satisfied with the work that was done, the communication given and the professionalism shown. I got into a front-end collision accident a few weeks ago. This was the first accident I'd had in a while & I figured I'd take it to Commonwealth as I'd done in the past. When I called Commonwealth, they told me it would be 3 weeks until the next appointment & if I wanted to drop it off, it would be 5+ days before anyone would even look at it. Not acceptable. I found S K Autobody here on Yelp & decided to check them out because of their fantastic reviews. I was able to bring my car in the next morning & immediately felt at ease after meeting Shadi & some of the crew. You know that feeling where you think you might get ripped off? Not here. Shadi went over the damage with me, was honest about how long it would take & I left the car with him. Less than a week later, I get a message that the car is done but if would it be okay to keep it an extra day to apply a brand new paint to the front. Of course, I said yes.
