I'm new to this area and I had a little mishap to my car. Someone backed into my car door. Not only did they find a replacement door but they found one from the south (I don't drive in the winter). The paint job was so good that you couldn't tell it wasn't factory paint. Plus they cleaned the car inside and out. Looked like I was getting a brand new car. Just bought my car, had it two weeks and someone hit and ran and insurance would not cover it, went to Blinns, my second estimate, and talked to John the son, he couldn't have been any nicer, took it right in. Called me next day with an estimate which was $4100 less than Bump and Grind estimate. Blinns had my car less than a week. Fixed it. Looks brand new. Did an awesome job. Awesome! I was referred here by Custom Car Care, Salem, NH, which is where I go for all of my general auto repair needs. Before coming, of course I searched Yelp for Blinn's, and saw the abundance of five star reviews. I had a big dent in my 2011 Honda Accord bumper, and a broken taillight. I bought the taillight online and Blinn's installed it. They also fixed the dent in my bumper. All for a VERY reasonable price. I didn't want to go through my insurance for this repair. In addition, they touched up a bunch of scratches I had in the paint. They did this as a courtesy, at no extra charge. Added Bonus: One of my windshield wipers fell off after last snowstorm. I was honestly considering using duct tape to get it back on! Anyway, I left it in my passenger seat, and sure enough, Blinn's installed it for me, without me asking them to, and without charging me for it either. As someone who knows nothing about windshield wiper installation, I really appreciated this kind gesture! Thank you, Blinn's!! I hope I don't need auto-body work again anytime soon, but if I do I absolutely know where I will be bringing my car. I primarily dealt with the owner's son, who is essentially the owner. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Many family/friends and locals have pointed me here for body work. Let me start off by saying that the day John gave me an estimate, I was dealing with some personal issues and was visibly upset. He was incredibly understanding, and after learning that I was paying out of pocket- he quoted me with an extremely reasonable estimate to repair my back bumper. I scheduled, and by the time I had to drop off, my front bumper was also cracked (Bad luck huh) but I told him not to worry about the front as I only had money for the back. When I dropped the vehicle off, I planned to uber to the company I was renting from, but the nice lady at the front desk called enterprise and had them come to get me to save me from having to pay for lyft/uber!! In just a brief 3 days, he called me back saying my car was not only ready, but that he replaced the front bumper and was able to repair the back without replacing it so it still all fit within the estimate. I was absolutely blown away by this... He saved me a lot of TIME/GRIEF and saved me a whole other trip of having to address my front bumper. To say this place is family oriented, diligent, professional and KIND is still not saying enough! You can really tell that they individually care about each client and each client's situation. 10/5 RECCOMEND LOL. read more

Recently, I went to Blinn's auto body shop to have a terrible ding removed. John and his family were so helpful. They called in someone called the Dent Wizard to remove the ding and he was wonderful as well! After getting quotes of $200 to fix it, John Blinn was very fair and only charged me $100. It came out great and if I ever need any body work done on my families cars, I would not hesitate to use them! They are nice people who do quality work for fair prices. While waiting for my car which took about 40 minutes, I saw they were so busy and the customers that were there were very pleased with the work that was done. read more

Went to Blinn's not knowing what to expect, and they were amazing! It's a family owned business and everyone that works there are so genuinely nice! They booked me an appointment 2 weeks out, which isn't bad and they said it would only take 2 days to fix my car which is awesome since I didn't want to go without a car any longer then that. I have a luxury car and anyplace would have charged me an arm and a leg to get it fixed, but they gave me a reasonable price and let me tell you I'm SO glad I didn't bring it to the BMW dealership because they did JUST as good as a job, if not better!!
