It was clear that he carefully reviewed the documents from the insurance company several times. The car was ready a week early. How often does that happen with auto body repairs? Not. Performance plus was recommended to me by my insurance company and I was not disappointed. Dax was incredibly nice and made the entire process easy. The text notifications were very helpful and made it easier to stay in the loop without having to call and check up on the car. Though the times I did call they answered right away. The only thing that's not stellar is their hours, but that's also to be expected with any garage. Having only gone to a family mechanic that's more than an hour away, it's nice to know a good local place to get work done. read more

This shop is so great I have already recommended to friends and family. George was great my car looked like trash before and in no time he assured me on the phone how quick the process is. The staff here are awesome and hard working. After being in a car accident, we were referred to Performance Plus. Right from the start, I could tell they were going to be wonderful to work with in repairing our car. They instantly sent me a text letting me know I would be receiving status updates and other important information. They were true to their word! They kept me informed throughout the process and let me know when my car was ready, one day earlier than promised! When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! The repair work was flawless, and they had cleaned my car inside and out! That was such a nice surprise! Every step of the way they gave excellent customer service as well as quality work on my car. Had the best experience with this company! It was so simple!! Walked in and explained I needed a quote for some damage to my Audi A6 and the administrator Sarnia asked what insurance I had. She explained that they work with Progressive and Enterprise and that she would take care of getting a rental for me. She made a phone call to Progressive then Enterprise and had Enterprise pick me up. She also explained that if there needed to be any additional work or adjustment they would work with the progressive rep and contact me before anything was adjusted. I did receive a phone call from my Progressive rep explaining that Anthony at Performance Plus had found some additional damage after they disassembled the car. He explained that Performance Plus and he had agreed on the extra work and it would be taken care of and covered. I also got a call from Anthony at Performance Plus telling me that there was an area on the back quarter panel, nothing to do with the accident, that had a deep scratch and that they could fix it for a reduced price (labor only) because they already had the paint and was painting the other parts as well. I had noticed the scratch a while a go and thought it was a good idea to get it repaired since it was deep enough to rust if not taken care of. So.... the Rental was taken care of, the adjustment was taken care of and the quality of the work was unbelievable. All I did was drop off my keys wait for the rental company. When I picked it up I just showed up, left the rental there and picked up my car. I also got a follow up guarantee letter asking if I was satisfied and letting me know they appreciated my business.
