That's how much she's dedicated to satisfy her customers. She wanted me to make sure that I was 100% happy with the results of the stenciling before she actually started tattooing them. She's really nice and gentle. It took three hours to make sure they were perfectly symmetrical. Then two hours to actually get it done. Luckily she didn't have anybody after me so she was able to take her time. That's one thing she really emphasized. She doesn't like to be rushed since this is a very important part of your face that frames it. Her prices are amazing and she is great at her job. The venue itself is a little tough to find it's tucked away in an industrial complex. Although she was very specific in the email with directions so I was able to find it without having to call her. There is no sign on the door or the building. But like I said before she is very exact with directions in the confirmation email. She is the same way when it comes to her work. I'm the type to get a little anxious when someone works on me without telling me what they were gonna do (for example, putting product on my face and I get a little shock from the cold product or something!) I didn't have to worry about miss Julie She went through the process with me, step-by-step and I felt safe, comfortable, and pretty much loved in the short time we were together. I adore services from people who really care about me because sincerity is really important to me when it comes to customer service. I found her business on Instagram (@lebeaubrows) and talking to her about her services, pricing, and the length of time it takes to complete said services were a breeze. She was so easy to talk to and she was more than informative when it came to me asking so many questions! I don't know anything about lash lifts, even though I'm familiar with lash extensions. Now lash lifts are basically a perm for your lashes which can lash approximately 6~8 weeks. It's been a little over a month and they still look really good! The day I got them done and looked at myself in the mirror, it was a pleasant surprise. It's not as outrageous as lash extensions because they're my natural lashes, but my face looked awake and bright. I looked and felt so beautiful and Julie just kept hyping me up after it was all done. It was a subtle difference, but the difference changed my entire look. I was so happy with it! I noticed one side wasn't as tinted as the other and even though I felt shy to mention it, I did anyway because I know once I left, it would've bothered me! She was so nice and said "of course, just get comfortable in the bed and I'll get that taken care of for you, no problem." I was like "" Like YOOO she really cares about how I felt!!!! She even offered a complimentary beverage (I chose coffee) and I was able to take it all in - the coffee and my new look - before making my way towards the door to go home. No rush, no fuss, no mess, no stress. That's how it should be~ The interior design was so lovely. I walked in and I felt like "yes, this is exactly what I imagine a lash/brow place would look like." I felt so calm and relaxed and that's exactly what I would want before getting my face touched up. The small decorations were such a nice touch, too! Getting my brows done by April was the best decision I've ever made. People don't believe me when I tell them it's a tattoo because April does such an amazing job at creating a natural make up look. I've gone to her twice now, once for the initial set, and another for the touch up. The picture in this post features my brows today--with absolutely no make up on! I went in to have my eyebrows done because, with age, my brows had become very sparse and the grays were starting to take over. From the moment I arrived, Qiana made me feel completely comfortable. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She took the time to explain the process, helped choose the right shape and color for my face, and paid amazing attention to detail. The results truly exceeded my expectations. During the procedure, the border of my left upper lip was accidentally scraped. When I first asked about it, I was told it might be swelling or bruising, but later it was acknowledged that it may have happened accidentally during the procedure. I also requested lip mapping before the procedure, but was told it was not necessary. Because of these issues and the overall experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning for additional procedures or corrections. For this reason, I would like to request a refund for the service. I hope we can resolve this matter professionally. -------------------------------------------- I had a lip blush procedure done at this studio and it was a very disappointing experience. After the procedure, my upper lip shape turned out uneven. During the process, the artist accidentally scraped the border line of my left upper lip, which affected the outline. As a result, my lip now looks like lipstick has been drawn outside of my original lip border line. When I brought this up, the artist said it was caused by the ink and that it would go away after healing, and asked me to follow up after the healing process. However, lip blush is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure and requires a very high level of precision, especially along the lip border. Because of this experience and the current result, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this artist or returning for a touch-up. This has been very upsetting and I regret choosing this studio. Please be very cautious before booking a lip blush procedure here.
