I spoke to her billing and ask for documentation of the services that she had provided that she was billing me for. Billing had no information and I was never sent anything. I tried to contact her actual medical office and was given no help and rerouted back to her billing company. I paid the bill, literally just to make it go away. The bill was paid in June and accepted by Dr. Shirah. I paid this through bill pay with my bank and have proof of the payment and acceptance of the payment. This doctor's billing office has continued to send me bills. I contacted the billing office and informed them that I had paid and had proof of payment and because there's an error on their end they attempted to put it back on me telling me I needed to call my bank! I told them they really need to just do their job and figure out where the error is on their end because they have been paid and they accepted payment. I've received yet another bill from Dr Shirah and her medical billing office. You can't speak with anyone at her medical office and I tried one more time to contact the billing office but was on hold for over 10 minutes. As a last resort, I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the hopes of getting them to do their job. I still have no idea who this doctor is or what service she provided. The whole thing is such a sham.

His entire staff is just as gracious and compassionate as he is. Every interaction whether with Him, the medical assistants, PA, nurses, front desk staff has alway been above and beyond. In person they run a tight ship. I have never waited long. I was late once, and they still were super accommodating to me. If you call the medical assistants and leave a message they'll call you back in little time at all - you will probably never have to follow up with another phone call. My mom, being my caretaker during my downtime- assisting me with breast cancer my diagnosis /surgery / aftercare feels the same way. She's had to call for me too while I was recovering, and they treat her with the utmost importance, compassion and care. We're both super impressed. Noteworthy- I didn't think I would see him on the day of my surgery because he was the second half of the surgery, But he walked in, greeted me before surgery and prepped me and my mom Which just helped with peace of mind. Also his office eliminated the stress of my fmla ppwk and interactions with the company my employer uses to handle that. Also the way they handle prescriptions is super easy and convenient. You won't be left feeling like the middleman constantly working on unfinished business - that was the last thing I needed. The office management is completely professional, others can learn from elite and I wish everyone could operate the way they do! Him and the entire staff are very deserving of my good review and I will forever be so grateful to them, and will refer everyone I know needing this line of work done to Dr Torabi. The front desk is often loud and unprofessional, frequently discussing personal matters or medical details within earshot of the entire waiting room. I have witnessed staff giving unsolicited medical advice or aggressively upselling supplements, which creates an atmosphere that feels out of place in a naturopathic setting. There are often significant wait times- it is common to wait an hour or more past your scheduled appointment. The office staff is rude and aggressive. The office frequently pushes for sensitive information (like insurance cards) to be sent via text message rather than using their secure portal. If you value your privacy and a professional medical environment, be wary. I truly hope the talented doctors here eventually find a space that aligns with the actual principles of patient care and confidentiality.
