Vehicle was shipped in a timely matter and they did provide a fast turnaround l. But never leave anything in your trunk even though when you ask how many pounds you can ship in the vehicle which is 75 pounds max. Someone didn't check to see the items and when I received my car my items were gone front the trunk. No excuse for not checking. Use as your own risk. This was my first time shipping my vehicle and for the most part it went through smoothly. The fact that they were local was a big help as well. I let them know when i would need my vehicle and they let me know they couldn't guarantee that they can get it on that specific date but they did recommend for me to drop it off on a specific date and they would do their best to get it by the date i requested.The only thing is the quotes are only good for 7 days so make sure when you ask for a quote you plan on shipping your car within 7 days as they also don't remind you that it's about to expire. The other thing that I would suggest is as they get closer to the destination they should reach out to you and provide updates. The bright side is when I would reach out for an update they were very prompt in responding and providing update. I found these guys on Yelp and requested a quote from them and several others on two vehs shipped from San Diego to Texas. They came back with e best price but was worried about their experience or how good they were. I gave them a shot and was completely satisfied with the level of service. I worked with Steve, and he was Johnny-on-the-spot with every aspect. I did not ship the cars together, they were about a month apart. So, I actually went through the process twice. I give my ups to HYPERDEL shipping due to the fact that they were the only company who were able to accommodate us on such short notice. Our previous provider fell through last (literally a day before we were supposed to leave town) and HYPERDEL were able to schedule pick up either the same night that we called or the day after, I can't fully remember, but still very prompt. Though, as our appointed time came near we received a call letting us know that the driver was still a ways away from us and may have to schedule for the next day wish would have thrown our plans off because we were scheduled to leave town that night. So after discussion we were told that we could have our car picked up a little later that night. Upon having our car picked up, it was inspected and we were sent an overview of that inspection. That was a Saturday night, he told us the car would start its journey the following Monday and gave us a 7-10 day window to receive our shipment. We were also told that we could receive updates while in transit but we didn't hear anything for a few days and when I contacted them they said they could not get in contact with the driver. They were very prompt to get back to me over yelp message but the lack of communication with the driver kind of worried me. Eventually we were able to get in contact with the driver who said he can meet us 5 days after our delivery window which was very inconvenient for my husband because he would have started work at that time and expected to have the car before he started. This is the first time we have shipped a vehicle and are thankful that we received our car and it runs fine but the communication in between was kind of spotty. I understand delays and issues happen but if I'm paying a certain amount I'd like to receive updates as much as possible. But maybe it was our fault, I know we will definitely be planning out our next shipment very thoroughly! read more

Here we are on day 10 since having dropped my vehicle off at Hyperdel Auto and still no confirmation that my vehicle had been picked up from San Diego and started it's move to Iowa. Still no information from Hyperdel Auto. still no call or email containing the drivers information... Meanwhile I'm active duty Marine Corps and I'm waiting for a vehicle to get me to my next duty station on time. No idea where my vehicle is and no way to contact Hyperdel Auto since they are closed on the weekends. Constant back and forth from them and sketchy conversations regarding my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed in this car shipping company. I chose this company because they were local to San Diego and had great reviews. I scheduled my vehicle move well in advance with them, nearly 20 days in advance. Now typically I wouldn't be one to complain about poor service but this company has given me the run around and provided less then par customer service since the beginning. I dropped my car off for shipment on the 19th of Dec under the understanding that my vehicle would make it to its destination by the 24th of Dec which was the date given to me by Rigger. The drop off was easy, rather professional and quick compared to all the other service I have received from them. Where I began running into problems was before I even dropped the vehicle off for shipment. Prior to drop off and since booking my reservation with them I never received communication from them at all, no email, no phone call nothing stating any special shipment or drop off instructions, absolutely nothing. I called them to ask for any specifics and receive the final cost of my shipment so I could ensure I had a cashiers check ready. After I called them on Monday the 16th of Dec to confirm my concerns they informed me near the end of our conversation that my vehicle wasn't expected to be in Iowa until the second week of January. Now again, normally I wouldn't have any issues with this however I am active duty Marine Corps and I am required to proceed to my duty station well before that. The attendant on the phone told me that their driver who takes my route had just left the night prior to make delivery of the vehicles he had for this route before the holidays. First and foremost, that is absolutely garbage customer service. Knowing you have a vehicle the following week for the same exact route and you didn't contact the vehicle owner to let them know of the possible set back they face in the event that they wait to drop the vehicle off as planned. When I told them that wouldn't work for me Edze and I conversed about the next step to figure out a better delivery date for my vehicle and she told me they would be searching for a carrier to complete my shipment prior to my required delivery date and would get back to me that evening or first thing the next morning, which would have been the 17th of Dec. After waiting all day and half of the next morning I still hadn't received a call back from them in regards to what our next move would be. Mind you, I was leaving SD to PCS on the 20th of Dec so needed to have a plan set in stone or figure out another option before that! On the 17th of Dec I contacted Rigger, and he said that I hadn't received a response from them because they were still searching for a carrier and hadn't found anything yet.. again, piss poor customer service to not give the customer a call to let them know you haven't forgot about them and are still working their case. He informed me that they would let me know by the end of the day on the 17th what they were about to come up with. I had told them I wanted my retainer fee back ($195) in the event that they wouldn't get my vehicle to me by the required delivery date. Because I then would need to find another company to ship my vehicle. Originally Hyperdel Auto told me they would ship my vehicle for $995. When I called on the 16th they said the price had went up to $1095. After doing my research, I found them to have me on the board for offers at $900. Which is why they increased the amount by $100 so they could keep the retainer fee that I had already paid and still try to make a buck since they couldn't find a carrier to accept an offer less then $900 they increased the price. Still, no big deal, I just NEEDED my vehicle in Iowa by the first of Jan. Finally, They told me they had found a carrier to bring my vehicle to me before Christmas. But, the price was increased by $100. so they told me they would "meet me half way" and pay $50 of the $100.. again they just wanted to ensure they still got their cut. Fast forward to drop off, they told me they would send me the bill of lading and all the shipping information for the carrier as soon as the vehicle was picked up and left SD. on the 23rd of Dec I still hadn't receive any information saying that the vehicle was picked up. Long story short.. they DO NOT communicate with customers. And are not a company of their word. read more
