I was originally working with another car carrier for $1450 and 4 days before my drive from CA to NC, they still never called me about finding a truck. They said it was a tough route, which I can understand but still had me very worried. I contacted hyperdel for a backup and instantly switched over. The rep on the phone was knowledgeable and gave me all the info upfront, promised to get my car out of their lot within 2 days of dropping off, Etc. It was $1750 so more than the other but way more reliable. If you drive it to their facility they take $60 off. The guy took a ton of inspection pictures with you there and you can fit 75lbs in trunk. I left it in his hands and picked up my car in NC in the nearby Walmart parking lot a week or so later. The battery was dead but the driver jumped it for me and no issues since, no scratches. Exactly how I dropped it off!!! read more

I was recommended this company by a friend who had her car shipped from the west to the east coast. She was very satisfied with their service. I moved to Texas from California and paid $800 for the moving service. I had my mom take pictures of my vehicle as it was being picked up for transfer. When the car arrived in, not only did the moving company drop off my car in completely different location from my apartment THE WHOLE FRONT LICENSE PLATE AND PLATE HOLDER WAS MISSING. There's black scratches as if it was pried off possible stolen?? And once I recieved the paper work to see what scratches and dings were noted, it didn't say M for missing. It was lost or stolen in route? I've contacted Hyperdel and they were doing good at the start trying to get everything handled and paid to duplicate my plates but they stopped responding. I called 4 different companies to compare before going with Hyperdel. Here are the pros/cons with Hyperdel, my experience with the other companies, and my tips/suggestions for others. To clarify, Hyperdel was the company we called and they use different drivers/carriers for the actual work. Hyperdel contracted Fast Car Go for our first car we shipped. Pros: -cheapest option -they offer military discount -you can usually reach a live person immediately on the phone -they will email you the quote and contract immediately -they didn't send my number or email address to other companies (many of the other companies I called had other people call me after to try and get my business-other reviews of those companies will state this as well) Cons: First car we shipped: -we were told we could leave items in our car as long as they were under 75-100lbs and didn't block the windows. This was not true and we were charged $150 by the driver/Fast Car Go for items in our car -we were told we would be contacted 24 hours before our car was delivered for the heads up, but we were contact the same day (Fast Car Go) -delivery drop off was between 8pm-12am. I didn't know these hours were even an option and they should have told us so. It was an unpleasant surprise to have our family (who were the contact persons for drop off) have to wait up so late. Delivery ended up being at midnight. -our car had 122 miles added on our mileage. I contacted the company immediately to ask them why. Hyperdel basically put all the resolution to this problem on Fast Car Go. Fast Car Go denied adding the miles on our car and said because we didn't have pictures of the odometer right away (we took pictures the evening before the morning pickup) that maybe we forgot driving our car over 100 miles. If Hyperdel is going to book us then they should take accountability for any carriers they use. However, Hyperdel did give us a $75 discount on shipping our second car out and confirmed they wouldn't use Fast Car Go the second time. Both Hyperdel and Fast Car Go should be documenting the odometer readings at pick up and drop off as standard practices and seems shady and incompetent to not do so when doing so would eliminate any issues/accusations regarding unlawfully driving the customers cars excessively. -once there was an issue, the communication was much slower (granted the company had to communicate with the drivers and there was back and forth, but them being the main contact means they should have followed up more promptly -on second car drop off they Second car we shipped: -(different carrier than the first car we shipped/Fast Car Go), same issue. We were told we would have a 24 hours notice. Never did and when I emailed Hyperdel they told me same day driver would arrive between 4pm-7pm but they arrived at 2:30pm with no text or call -driver contacted us for drop off to ask us to meet them 20 minutes from our address on our contract. We were never told address could change and they gave multiple excuses like the car couldn't pass under a bridge, the curbs weren't right for the grocery store parking lot, etc. Based on the reviews, communication with other companies, and our experience with this company, it appears that this entire industry just kind of sucks. No company I looked up or spoke to had stellar reviews or experiences from customers. I think we went with "the best" or more so, the least horrible company to ship a car. I'm the end, we weren't surprised by any of the issues because we read enough to know to expect something to go wrong. Tips and suggestions for others: -whatever company you go with, take pictures and/or video of the odometer before & after (along with pictures of the car for extra cautiousness & due diligence) and text them to the drivers when they pick up/drop off your car. Hopefully, it shows the drivers you are making a point to look out for these things so they don't try to get away with anything shady. -maybe use a tracking device just to view on your own end the route and movement of your car. You can always return the device later -go in knowing you won't receive notice on when your vehicle will be picked up or dropped off, and just stay in contact (email or calling worked fine and associates were easy to reach) Final review: Would I use Hyperdel again? Maybe because the pros outweighed the cons of the other companies (unfortunately). I would just ensure Fast Car Go wasn't the carrier being used and I would always text the odometer and pictures to the drives immediately at pick up and drop off. read more

I have contracted Hyperdel several times to transport my vehicles. They regularly run trucks between San Diego and San Antonio. The last pick up of my BMW was in time as they have a local office in San Diego. The rates offered were competitive considering other companies gave several days of window. On the other hand Hyperdel offered exact date pick up with the driver making a thorough inspection on the vehicle. The delivery was also on the agreed dates because traffic and other vehicle deliveries could flactuate the dates. We decided to go with hyperdel to ship my husband's car from san diego to rhode island because they were local and had good reviews but our personal experience was not great. We are a military family, therefore we have had previous experiences with other auto transport companies and so we've had good experiences with auto transports and understand that things happen while on the road. But this company and drivers that they contract with lacked communication skills.Once I had made the decision to contract with them and made the deposit I had to initiate all communication with the company, from pick up to transit and the mess of getting our car dropped off. (skip to the end if you dont want our long story of why it's a one star for hyperdel) Hyperdel was responsive once I initiated the conversation but i feel that a good company would be the one to initiate confirmation pick up or just update their customer on estimated time instead i waited the whole day and pick up didnt happen until 6:30pm after i had stated that if our car was not picked up today i would be going with another company since i had not heard from them all day. once the car was picked up i waited for them to contact me for an update. since it was picked up on a friday i allowed for the weekend to pass but once monday afternoon hit with no follow up i texted them to ask for an update which they replied that it was in transit. And i thought great, even though they said it might take ten days which is ok because RI is far. But our issue was with the driver that contacted my husband that gave him a limited window time 12-3pm for drop off when i had specifically requested no drop off time until 4pm due to my husbands strict military schedule while in training which i had confirmed with Hyperdel that this would happen and they will let their driver know , but it did not. so my husband called the driver at 12pm during his lunch to let him know that he was available hoping that they would come so he wouldnt have to miss training but my husband said the driver sounded dismissive and just told him that they will let him know when theyre on the way to him. since they said 12-3pm my husband had no choice but to miss part of his training because he's been trying to get his car so that he can return his rental.Around 2:30pm and still no car I reached out to hyperdel regarding our frustration with the driver and how they did not honor the after 4pm drop off and how my husband has been waiting for almost three hours for his car and missing training. Hyperdel responded that the driver was actually pulled over by high way patrol and now his car wont be arriving until 6-8pm. You can imagine how frustrated my husband was when I told him. Hyperdel did say they had no idea because the driver did not tell them this until they contacted him, but a good company and driver should stay in communication and communicate these things to their customer even though this was an unfortunate event that happened. if i hadnt again initiated a text with hyperdel my husband wouldve been unaware. hyperdel throughout the drop off fiasco was trying to solve the issue which they were able to get another driver to complete the drop off at 830pm! but with such a lack of communication and all the frustrations we did not want to pay full price which was already expensive which i expressed to hyperdel and they said we will make this right. my husband paid the full price of $1200 to the new driver because even though my husband was frustrated this new driver was better at communicating with him and now he has his car and he knew i was in communication with hyperdel about our issues. so after delivery i expressed that the service provided was not worth $1495! they got the $295 broker fee, in hopes they would refund some of our money back since the $1200 is out of their hands, but after six days still no response from them. Overall, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Our suggestion would be to keep doing your research because they are not the most affordable and communication is lacking. their broker fee,at least for us, was $295 and they said that this is with a $100 military discount. once you put that deposit in prepare to be the one to initiate all follow ups after that, because im still waiting for a text back regarding our dissatisfaction about their service, hence this review =D read more

To make a long story short my vehicle wheels (rim's) were damaged while loading my vehicle. I immediately pointed out the damaged area to the loader and the driver acknowledged and stated he was going to report it to his supervisor. I snapped a couple of pictures in the meantime. I in returned followed up with phone call to his supervisor to acknowledge it was reported and to find out the procedure for filing a claim. The supervisor tried to say that the damaged was there previously, but proceeded to offer me a $100 refund on my deposit. So i declined and gave the supervisor my options for repair. Option one: replace my damaged rim, the $100 offer was an insult when the rims cost about $400 each. Option two: Ge uout it repaired! They proposed for me to find someone to repair the damage. I immediately stated i don't have time to run around to repair damage that your company driver caused. So the supervisor in return stated he would get back with me on the way ahead for repair. A week or longer goes by and my vehicle is being delivered to its final destination and I called them again to inquire about the damage and they stated it was repaired already! i didnt get a call nor authorized anything to be done to my vehicle! There communication and follow up sucks and i would recommend you defer from this vendor. They just lost my next two shipments without a doubt. Wanted to use a local service to haul one of my vehicles up north. Was told they only use in house drivers to deliver vehicles. Was then told my vehicle would be delivered in 2-3 days. Called to check on the status of the delivery on day 3. The representative told me our driver was pulled over and had to wait 24 hours to get back on the road and my car would be delivered on day 4. It's now day 5, my vehicle just showed up and was delivered by an independent contractor. The driver was great and also not associated with this company. Asked if he was pulled over and he said he has never been pulled over. All this company does is lie to its customers and obviously has no problem throwing drivers under the bus.
