He is the biggest fraud in the fitness industry who only cares to make money off of people at all costs. In my experience, my wife and I beat his "free" 6 week challenge and he still hasn't returned my wife's refund as stated in the contract we signed. Miguel ran off to avoid giving people their money back. I am sharing my experience to help others not fall for his "motivational" words because at the end they don't mean anything if he has no integrity or humility. They know, but don't fix. (See photos) Soap Dispensers filled with water, NOT soap, but water for weeks! Big health hazard. Reported to front desk and they said, "we know, the soap is on back order". YOU KNEW AND DIDN'T GO BUY SOAP AT COSTCO OR WALMART IN THE MEANTIME?! WTF! If you want to act like LA Fitness, change your name and drop your rates. If you want to be an elite gym, do a lot better. The monthly cost continues to feel high for the value received, especially with added credit card processing fees that come across as unnecessary "nickel and diming." Renovations were promised within a specific timeframe, but key amenities -- including the sauna and spa areas -- have remained unavailable longer than expected while members continue paying full dues. Communication from leadership has also been disappointing. Concerns were raised but not meaningfully addressed, which makes it harder to justify the premium pricing. Overall, it's a decent club with potential, but the pricing, transparency, and follow-through on promised improvements need work.

The pickleball courts are new, the hot yoga room flooring was recently upgraded, and the new locker rooms, saunas, and cold plunges are almost finished. The staff is great. The tennis director is very involved with the tennis members and offers clinics and events for all levels. The pros are all involved and very qualified. The members are great, and it is a nice community to be a part of. Too often we leave reviews when things aren't great, and in this case, I wanted to leave a positive review because things are being managed well and the club feels like a great value.
