There is not a ton of equipment, but they have a large variety and I am usually able to find an easy substitute if anything is busy. The outdoor gym addition is always an option too, and they added fans and shading to make it accessible in the summer. The outdoor basketball half court is a huge plus, and they just added another water filling station upstairs. I also really enjoy the free strength and mobility classes held by Audrey on Saturdays for members. -- Go to this!!!! My flexibility has increased tremendously! They play good music and the staff has a genuine concern for the member experience, especially Audrey, Alex, and Sydney! PLUS: They bring in vendors - I have gotten a free tub of protein powder, free protein treats and smoothies, and a free stretch session! Also, most people wipe down equipment after use! I have tried the personal training with three trainers. I liked it for the most part, and definitely saw positive results. My negatives are that this is an influencer gym, and some members can take over a ton of space trying to get the perfect shot or video; I have had issues with their parking system and got an expensive ticket (the system seems to have been resolved in the last few weeks); and the water stations can sometimes be broken (member caused). With all that said I'd recommend TC in a heartbeat! I also love that this is locally owned and operated! I've tried EoS, MountainSide, Planet Fitness, YouFit, LA, True Althletic, Sports Club at City Square, and Jab in the Valley in the last 10 years. Can't speak highly enough about Track Club as the far and away favorite!

The staff member was friendly and helpful, but when I mentioned I was visiting from out of state, she told me that the pass is only for Arizona residents. This small little detail is NOWHERE to be found on their website. If I had known, I wouldn't have come in the first place. This was misleading, and I wish the website had said that it was for residents only. I already made the trip there and was in a situation so I ended up paying for the day pass. Not happy about it.

Located on Jefferson in downtown Phoenix they have a dedicated parking lot for gym users and give you a small sticker to place on your windshield which is required during baseball games and other daytime Chase Field events. They offer great hours, are never busy when I go on weekdays at lunchtime and they have a nice women's locker room with a private changing room and showers. Replacing a few of the underutilized treadmills and stationary bikes with more racks would make a huge difference. I also wish they made the body scanner publicly accessible, just like the standard scale. Many members already know what they're doing and don't need a personal trainer to guide them, so the scanner should be available for independent use. Other than that, the amenities are great, the facility is generally clean, and I love that every location in my area includes a sauna. Being able to access multiple locations with my Blue membership for such a low price is a major plus!

There's plenty of machines and I like that they're spread out and put in categories so it's not too hard to find what you're looking for. The women's bathroom is spacious, (a plus is that it's clean) and there's a lot of areas for you to sit down and get ready. They also have blow dryers. I was prompted to join a waitlist, so I wasn't expecting to hear anything back quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email from Michael Collins within the hour! Michael emailed me and asked if I'd like a tour. I let him know I could swing by that night at 7:30 PM. He replied letting me know he'd be there and asked that I text him when I was on my way, great! I texted Michael at 7 PM letting him know I'd be leaving in 20 minutes to get there by 7:30, and I attempted to re-confirm my appointment. I didn't get a reply, but the gym is close to my house, so I decided to go anyway. I arrived at about 7:28. The door was unlocked so I stepped inside. I was greeted by 3 dogs and 0 humans. The dogs seemed nice, but I didn't want to take any chances so I stepped outside and sent Michael another text saying I had arrived. I then saw that he read my text at 7:32 but he didn't reply. I waited a bit and called him at 7:42, no answer. I still waited until about 7:50 and decided to give up and go home. I ALWAYS try to give people the benefit of the doubt, so the next morning I sent Michael another email asking what had happened... I still have not heard back from that email to this day 1/15. I'm super disappointed because I really wanted to support a local gym and experience the welcoming community talked about in the comments. The ball was absolutely dropped, here.

The basement has a fairly large weight room. Locker rooms are a bit dark and smell moldy... I try to avoid if I can. This gym is always slow and quiet when I go in the mid/late morning time. Mostly seniors and a few students... so a mellow, low-pressure gym environment which I very much appreciate! I rarely have to wait for a machine! Unfortunately they no longer offer childcare while you workout, which is a service I was hoping to utilize.

If it is ever crowded this could be a problem. I was there on a Thursday afternoon about 2pm so it wasn't crowded. They do have enough benches and inclines. It is located in Laveen so if it is never too crowded then it's probably fine. People were friendly and bathrooms were clean.
