I spoke with a guy on the phone who gave me the best price estimate that I could find in Des Moines, and he told me that I could just mail them the title later, as I didn't have it with me and then they would just mail me the check. Most junk yards I spoke with had a problem with me not having the title. I did all of that and low and behold they followed through, was very painless and I'm thankful for all of their help.
