Don't do business with these people. My generator wasn't working. They got back to me saying it was $285 to diagnose the problem. They said it was a problem with a valve and that they would fix it for me but had to order the part. I paid for the diagnostic, which they said would be like a down payment for when they fix it. I followed up several times, they said they did not have the part yet. After a few times, they ghosted me. Almost 2 months later, I'm out $285 for nothing, how do I even know that's really what is wrong?
