Speaking with one of the office staff, she positively assured me that Joe Cornetta would contact me to visit my home and access the plumbing issues. Upon arrival in two days, Joe inspected the work to be done and explained that another permit would need to be filed with the TOH and he would get back to me with an estimate. Within days, Joe provided a clear and precise estimate of the work to be completed with the additional TOH costs for the permit and inspection and that Joe would personally be present for the TOH inspection. after signing the agreement, we scheduled a date for the job to be completed. Steven, the crew chief along with two other technicians began the work promptly at 8am as scheduled, covering floors and appliances that were close to the actual area. Within minutes, the crew began to renovate the plumbing issues to TOH code. Observing the team, they reminded me of as NASCAR pit crew, very fast, precise and obviously seasoned experts. By midday, the crew was finished and spotlessly cleaned the area. Joe had assured me that the work was compliant to current TOH code. Sometime later ( Architectural drawing and TOH delays) an inspection was scheduled with Joe leading the inspector through the work completed. The work was approved and a Certificate of Completion was issued, Throughout the entire process, Joe, the office and the crew certainly were certainly a breath of fresh air. Their efforts, communication and completed work was nothing short of exemplary and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone would a plumbing issue.

More than a week later I get a call from a representative acting as if the call was timely. I declined the company's service. I then proceeded to contact a big box store to utilize one of their contractors to get my AC work done. To my dismay it was a representative from Victory Bros / Victory Skaggs, that returned my call from the big box store. I proceeded to inform the representative what had transpired already between us. The representative acted like he was concerned and said he would correct the issue. I have not heard from them since. This company now goes by the name of Victory Skaggs.

I opted to install a water heater and he detailed exactly how the process would go. At some point I changed my mind about what model I wanted and just before work started I was concerned about how a tube would be routed, but he resolved both concerns and price did not change. Day of install went exactly as planned. Unit worked perfectly and was able to use the hot water halfway through the job. Job site was left as clean as the work itself. When I interacted with the staff they make you believe that you don't know what you're talking about and you don't understand the nature of the work but guess what pictures and videos don't lie. They installed 7 units in our home and the water leaks directly in our basement because they did not add a hose to the installation to reroute the water away from the house. Additionally they left a cap open. You don't have to be an HVAC expert to know that the job was done poorly you can see it. To date they have not addressed my complaints.

Not only was Filtrite the best price, but they are the only company in New York that installs International Environmental Units (IEC). I did my research. Better than Carrier, Daiken, Ice Cap, Trane etc. Filtrite did a fantastic job, clean, professional. They installed the units. They work fantastic and gave me a 3 year maintenance contract. The owner, Perry, is very honest. I accidentally paid him $ 100 too much, he sent me back a check immediately!.
