Not only did he arrive at my house in less than 10 minutes after ordering (not even joking, not hyperbolic in the least), he was friendly, generous, and really went out of his way to make sure the entire transaction was smooth. Some bad news, but I *do not* fault anyone for this, it's just something that needs to be looked into.
