I am a stage IV colon/liver cancer survivor with a very compromised digestive tract due to all my cancer surgeries and treatments. About 2 years ago I switched to a vegan diet, including no gluten. I was feeling well until April of last year. That is when I reached out to my colon cancer friend Alma! Alma worked very closely with me discussing my diet, my supplements, my activity level and of course my bowel movements. I just had my second pilate thai yoga session and enjoyed it as much as the first time. I literally changed states from ball of nerves to super calm and relaxed.
