I meditate and practice qi gong daily, and I have done so for years -- a recent series of events in my life led me to experience a guided release in December 2021, which was a profound and positive experience. My intention in working with Karallyn was to find someone in Asheville who could take my spiritual journey to the next level, so to speak -- and to help me identify the path of highest and best use for my spiritual growth. Karallyn is professional, skilled, knowledgeable of her craft, and outstanding at creating a safe space for someone open to working with her. She easily answered questions after and before about what to expect and offered us tips on how best to relax and enjoy our experience. You lock up your goodies in a large dresser while inside and are encouraged not to bring electronics in (the salt can be corrosive to batteries) and must wear socks. The spa and gift shop area is really nice and we saw a ton of beautiful salt lamps inside the gift shop after our hour. I loved the themed items for sale and their body oils and salt scrubs are phenomenal. The salt cave itself is pretty impressive and a unique experience I hadn't ever tried before. I believe she said there were 30 tons of rock salt inside and it was even hanging from the ceiling! It's based upon an original such cave in Poland. Loved it. Highly recommend you come and try this if you are open to new experiences and have never done it. The team here are wonderful and it's in beautiful neighborhood and part of town we enjoyed walking around afterwards. They have an attached parking lot and plenty of nearby parking.

I completed Usui 1&2 in June and recently completed my ART certification this past September. Her space was clean and freeing. My world feels more open and I feel more clarity and confidence. Meditation and attunement were once again my favorite parts- this time it wasn't as emotionally freeing it was more of an intellectual download of understanding and self awareness and self confidence. We were able to practice extraction which was powerful. I am happy to report that my ailment that was extracted has not been present since, and I, in fact, feel freer and more in control of my emotions.
