After researching different places, I knew I had to go to Charlie's Columbia CARSTAR because it had the highest reviews for auto body shops I had ever seen online, both for customer service and quality of repair. I was greeted by Adam and a woman (didn't get her name), and they were extremely friendly and efficient at their jobs. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with everything throughout, from the estimate process to getting my car back. They were communicative throughout the entire process and provided updates. I really appreciated the front desk workers and felt like they had my back. The staff who worked on my car was quick with the repairs while being the most attentive to details. They even included car detailing! My car was extremely clean on the outside and inside when I got my car back. I couldn't be happier with the services I received here. I called CK who came out, tested the alternator and found out that the alternator was fine, but it did need a new battery. they replaced the battery and the new serpentine belt within a half an hour. They were extremely courteous, and honest, and the fact that they didn't replace the alternator that did not need it. I obviously will not go back to Dobbs anymore as they tried to rip off my 90-year-old mother. I highly recommend CK.
