If I could give them zero stars, I would. Negative stars even. This is the most unprofessional, incompetent, unorganized, unpleasant experience I have ever had. And this comment isn't just about my experience in car dealership, I'm talking customer service as a whole. Absolute mess of a place in communication, result and service. I took over a friends lease to help her out and ended up with an Elantra. If I would've known that this kind of service was what I was signing up for initially, I would have NEVER done this. I had to chase these people. I had to leave message after message, call on my day off, call while at work, just to get nowhere. The service at this dealer is the worst I have encountered in my life . My father purchased a Hyundai in August 2017 in September of 2018 when the car was 2 years old it only had 12000 km on it , the car needed to be boustead everyday to start. When my 85 year old father went to the dealer Lena Pertrosyan meet with him, he asked to have the battery verified . She came back to him and said you need to pay $150 for a new one. This of course did not make any sense. The service manager Roy Risz smart ass solution was change the battery and drive the car more often, the warranty expired a month ago, you should have come earlier. Whats the point in having a service manager if this is what he can come up with . Attitude and how you deal with people goes a long way. For an 85 year old man this is not his first car, he knows when there is a defect and that the proper warranty should apply, Hyundai is expecting to start selling electric cars in the next couple of months , you should think that the batteries are a very important part of a car and when you have a warranty it applies to the battery as well. What will you be telling your clients then. Is it that unusual for people not to drive there cars everyday? We had the car taken to Canadian Tire and they examined it and they confirmed that the battery was defective. Never went back to the dealer and never will again, I have used this Group Gabriel for my Audi and that of my wifes, but after this I will never set foot inside a Gabriel dealer again. Worst Hyundai company, don't waste your money with these kind of people, i bought my car and i paid extra for winter tires and i got a shitty tires, i asked to change them they said ohh sorry we can't, i paid extra for extended warranty 500$ when i get back to use it they surprised me that i need to pay a percentages from the bill and the minimum is 100$ so why i paid this 500$ ?? Overpriced, take forever to get your car back, try to rip you off. You have to call and call to see if your car will be ready same day or not. Also don't do what they say will do so you leave wondering what was done? Driver was good. Takes awhile to get an appointment in summer? Avoid this dealership at all costs. If you are inexperienced in purchasing or leasing a vehicle, they will absolutely take advantage of you. They will make promises to entice you to buy from them, and proceed to tell you they never said those things. I have heard the same from a good friend who I referred to this dealership a few months after I took my own lease, when I still thought I had gotten a good deal. This dealership the most unprofessional and incompetent in terms of after sales service. After many bad service visits for the same problem, they finally fixed a problem that I diagnosed simply by showing them a previous identical problem of 2 years prior. Only then did they fix it properly. Unfortunately the previous service attempts were followed by me being charged for work not required due to incorrect diagnosis. When confronted, they provided me with a credit that can ONLY be used in a future visit rather than outright reimbursing me. I'd rather forfeit this credit rather than trust them with my vehicle again. They obviously permanently lost any more business from me and any other friends/relatives from "word of mouth". To me it clearly shows this dealership values the dollar more over repeat business from an existing customer. As such I'm only too happy to comply. read more
