About a month ago, I received a letter from the IRS saying I owed them $355 plus $11 for interest for that college class. Confused, I called Takis and his office said he was on vacation but to fax over all of the documents for Takis to look at. He came back from vacation on a Tuesday, and for days after that my mom and I both tried to contact him. Finally, he sent my mom an email saying the letter the IRS sent me was for my college credit....but we already knew that. So I emailed him and told him I understood what the letter was for, but how do I proceed? Takis never responded to my email nor did he return any of our calls. Takis is beyond unprofessional and inconsiderate. Because of whatever he did, I now owe the IRS nearly $400 and still have no idea why. Takis couldn't have even taken 5 minutes from his day to pick up the phone and call me. Takis clearly has no regards for his clients. This could have all been resolved if Takis did his job.
