Visited the shop after dinner with friends. It was located in a small shopping area. No parking was necessary so can't speak to that. Service 4/5 It was closing time and we had a party of 8 so it was go time they were friendly and helpful despite our last minute visit. The doors were locked by the time we sat down. We didn't feel rushed. Ice cream 5/5 Great selections between ice cream and sorbets and it was affordable. I was stuffed from the restaurant so I ordered a baby cup of sorbet. Ambiance 5/5 Very cute and quaint shop. They had adequate seating for how small it was and decorated accordingly. Overall 5/5 it was a spontaneous decision that turned out great. Haagen-Dazs has creeped up to become some of my favorite ice cream. The brownie a la mode flavor has been discontinued in the pints found in grocery stores, but it's still a flavor at ice cream shops. GLOWS: - They have late night hours on many nights. Such a delightful experience to get ice cream at 10pm after a late dinner. - An assortment of flavors, milkshakes, and other ice cream based treats. - The ice creams are obviously loaded with sugar, but have very simple ingredients outside of that. I enjoy the simplicity. - It can get rather crowded. Staff works hard to get everyone out. GROWS: - Sometimes they are out of flavors. It can be very disappointing to make the trip just to find out your fave flavor is out of stock. - They are rather expensive- will keep some people from enjoying it often (probably actually a good thing). read more

Wonderful ice cream!! Awful customer service every time I go there! I wanted a flavor tonight they just ran out of. They said come back tomorrow to get it! I said can you get it out of your back freezer and I will buy a quart. I believe they didn't want to have to hand pack a quart, so they said come back tomorrow. No other customers to serve, 2 young girls and one guy all were too busy doing NOTHING to put another container in the customer freezer, but tomorrow or after I leave they will refill! Get new workers who cares and are not rude The employees are usually rude and act like they don't want to be there. read more

I've been to this location twice and I love it. They are patient and have quality that you can appreciate. It's downtown so expect parking to be rare, but to no fault of them. My fav is the banana split sundae. I recommend changing the ice cream from vanilla to your fav and it still tastes amazing! read more

It haagen-dasz. If they screwed this up then it is a local problem. Overall it was good. A little pricy for a small cup of ice cream but for two good scoops i would pay for it Service was ok. Made a mistake and gave me two scoops of cookie and cream instead of one scoop of cookie and cream and one scoop of coffee. Not bad. Just maybe lower the price a slightly. read more

Stopped in to have a shake while shopping in the harbor east area. There was not much of a line and the service was prompt and accurate. I had the cookies and cream shake and it tasted very good. High quality ingredients and fresh taste. The prices are fairly normal for the area, about $5-$6 for a medium shake. First time here Sunday June 2nd. Young lady took my family's order then we didn't get it for 24 minutes because she then proceeded to give the caravan of uber eats & delivery guys their orders. What makes matters worse is the other guy there saw us waiting for our order but proceeded to help the people in line. I hate these delivery services. Yes, they are pricey, but it's really worth it... How often do we treat ourselves to high end ice cream in the heart of the inner harbor/Balitmore?! Yummy! Service, 5/5: The service was really good, they were both very attentive and let us sample the ice cream! It was quick and easy to get our ice cream! Aesthetic/Atmosphere, 5/5: It's a cute store! Right by the water too, just cross the street and you get a view of the boats and part of the harbor! Food/Drink, 4/5: Really good ice cream, but I got a cone and it looked like the paper was glued to the cone. I got Java Chip, if you like coffee I'd definitely recommend! I just didn't how it looked like they cone had glue on it. Pricing, 3.5/5: Oh My Gosh.... I love this place, but I wish the price wasn't so expensive! That's the only down side to this place. I bought an ice cream cake here, because I had previous positive experiences with their ice cream cakes in the NY stores. I was very disappointed to find a hair in my cake, as pictured. Completely lost my appetite. Also the wafers that surrounded the cake had a chemical taste to them, some sort of coating perhaps? I would hope whoever makes the cakes is wearing gloves and a hair net, but this was obviously not the case with this particular cake. Not worth the $35, overall very disgusted. read more

Rum Raisin. 'nuff said. It's Haagen Dazs, people. It's not going to be cheap. I honestly don't get all the moaning about the price when you know it's expensive to begin with. This is a typical Haagen Dazs with typical Haagen Dazs prices, but not so typical Haagen Dazs flavor stock. Fan of mint chocolate chip? They don't have any. Cookies and cream? Think again. If you like your ice cream super soft on the verge of melting as well as severely limited flavors, this joint might just work for you. Staff is pretty friendly and did a nice workaround to make a cookies and cream shake though by combining vanilla ice cream with Oreo toppings. Not a terrible experience, and definitely good for people who are addicted to ice cream and need it after every meal (yes, like me). read more

They have flavors you can't buy in a pint at the grocery store (pineapple coconut, Belgian chocolate chocolate), which is a plus, but I felt that variety was a bit lacking. They didn't have green tea or raspberry chocolate, which are my personal favorites. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with Hagen Daaz ice cream. Perfect for a quick dessert in the center of Harbor East. You can take your ice cream and walk around. They open until late on weekday nights. read more

It's a smallish space and indoor seating was really full at 11 AM on a weekday. Because of rain, the outdoor benches were not in use, and I saw closed-up patio-umbrellas too. I ordered from a kiosk or you could order online or in person. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was made quickly by welcoming staff. It was a regular size croissant with very light cheese and a layer of crispy bacon pieces in a well toasted croissant. The flavor was good. This café also sells a number of beverages, including fresh ground espresso, and various teas And they sell some bakery goods, candies, and quite a variety of dry-packaged teas and coffee. The parking right in front Café Jun can get pretty full, but there's plenty parking in the rest of the shopping center. You can enter the shopping area from eastbound US-40 Baltimore National Pike, or from westbound Frederick Road. It's just east of Centennial Lane/Bethany Lane and about a mile West of US 29. The larger shopping area has a diner 3-strip mall sections, one of which is called Princess Shopping Center, so I'm a little confused which mall-name covers which shops. This is how they find you to serve your food. I ordered a regular matcha latte, a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on croissant bread and their famous croffle. I loved their matcha latte. It's pre-sweetened so no need to add extra vanilla syrup or anything. This does not taste like a traditional matcha, which in my opinion tastes like dirt. This is a sweeter, dessert like matcha. I didn't care for the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. It was kind of dry and it tasted like something was missing. The croffle was amazing. It has a nutty, pecan like taste to it and it was topped with vanilla gelato and blueberries. I couldn't really taste the maple syrup but it was delicious nonetheless.

It had coffee (of course!), banana, honey, almond butter, cashew milk, and topped with granola, almonds, hemp and pumpkin seeds. In terms of the ambiance, there is not a lot of seating at this location. In fact, it is very small and more like a grab and go type thing. There is also very limited street parking as well.

I love juice, and thought this would be a great little boost to get me through the rest of the day. The place was empty when I walked in, aside from one staff member sitting at a table in the corner. I headed straight to the board to take a look at the offerings. I stood at the counter looking around for at least 5 minutes until a staff member in the back alerted the staff member sitting at the table. After some internal conversation, one of the staff members approached the counter and asked for my order. I didn't find this to be incredibly professional. Before ordering, I wanted to ask how large the servings were and if they could make any substitutions. I wasn't dazzled by the staff member's lackadaisical attitude and curt responses. To me, that expresses that me ordering is inconveniencing them. At the end of the day, I settled for a purple passion smoothie. I asked for a little extra ice and was glad that they were able to accommodate my request. The smoothie tasted alright. Perhaps the establishment had an off day, and I'm sure the environment would be more exciting without a pandemic because the interior is bright and inviting. I believe in second chances, and if I were to return, I might try one of their raw juices. Hoping for a better experience next time!

Boy was I disappointed. So today I left a little bit earlier so I could go to their Baltimore location on Security Boulevard and Whitehead. I was excited that it was a drive thru as I was limited on time. I was able to place my order right away, but it took at least 5 minutes for someone to come to window to take my payment. But I realized it was because they wanted to have all of my order ready when they greeted me. I ordered my favorite pb & banana protein smoothie, add chocolate, and an impossible handwich. I went miles out of my way, and every sip and bite was worth it.
