Lee contacted me almost immediately after I requested services. Lee went to work diagnosing my problem as soon as he could which was pretty quick. He estimated the cost in detail and because I hired him for the job, he waived the diagnostic fee towards total cost. ( I had paid the fee then talked with my wife about the cost of the job, messaged him about the work and he was able get me back into his shop the next day) He did amazing work of the job and essentially got my cars system back up and running before I had to return to work for the weekend (summer days/killer heat) He worked with me on splitting my payment. Talking to them, they explained what they found, what the time-frame would be under parts scenarios. We even talked about the make/model, and what they see as a shop on those. Gave me the estimate, item by item, and had her taken care of. They have been honest and professional, which is comforting when your daughter has a problem with the truck and you are 3 hrs away.

We told the Valvoline people that and they tried to make us replace it with them. Said no. They put it back, but the second we get on the highway this piece starts dragging on the ground!!! We quickly pull up to Xcessive Auto Repair and the guys here (ask for G!!!) were able to remove the piece and get us on our way.
