Went here with high expectations due to the raving reviews that were left. I had a completely different experience from everyone else. Called to see if they had my tire size in stock. A man named Sabah answered and replied that they had a full set of 4 in stock for $500. I stopped by at 12 noon and Sabah was there. He told me that the tires were in stock, but I would have to leave my car and come back in an hour. I asked if I could wait there while the car was being worked on since I didn't have to be at work until another 2 hours. He told me no and that it was going to take awhile. I did not have any other means of transportation so I would not be able to leave and come back. He then asked me, " Well what were you doing all morning that you couldn't come in earlier? Eating all morning?" Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. Needless to say, I left, drove down the street 8 minutes, got the same set of tires brand new for $425. read more

We came from Maurice for my dogs Therapy because she had a back surgery. Whenever we arrived in New Orleans my car warned me that I had low tire pressure. We went to take five oil hoping they could help us. Unfortunately they did not repair tires but told us about I-10 tires. Each time he passed while working with her, he acknowledged me in a friendly manner letting me know that he was aware that I was waiting. It was subtle, but notable and not found in today's world. He makes sure that you know he values you as a customer. When it was my turn, he greeted me in a welcoming, friendly manner. He was attentive and efficient. I live in the city so i get flat tires pretty often because of the streets and i always bring my car to i-10 tires, he's the only guy working there but he's quick, literally just takes him like 15 mins to fix it. This is my favorite place to buy my annual brake tag. If you're in JP, this is the quickest experience you'll find. As the name implies, this place is located on the I-10 Service Road between the Discount Zone and Severn Avenue. You pull into either the covered area or the uncovered street side of the property and get your documents and cash together. There used to be an office to enter to sign off on the brake tag, but it has been replaced with a little kiosk. The guy will wait on each customer individually and invite you into this humble, air-conditioned booth to review your documents and sign the pad. It is really quick, even when there is a light wait. I lived around the corner from I-10 tires for three years. Mostly I've gone there for a brake tag inspection and gotten stellar service. The owner, Sabah, is laid back and easy to work with. Don't forget to compliment his German Shepherds that hang out in the office. When my roommates have had to get tire service done there they have nothing but good things to say. Patches and repairs were done fast and cheap (but still good quality) and when a new tire was needed Sabah worked with their budgets to get them something that would last and not break the bank. I really like this tire shop. One day I was trying to find a place that did brake tags on Saturday. It seemed like every place that did brake tags was closed that day. I noticed the brake tag sign out in front of their shop. I asked them if they were doing brake tags that day and they said yes. Since one of my tires was pretty worn I decided to get a new tire. I was really impressed that it only took 10 minutes to get 2 year brake tags and one of my tires replaced. Definitely very quick and inexpensive too! Went at 4:15 on Monday. Needed a patch or used tire. I was out by 4:30pm. I get there, one of the workers tells me they can't patch it but they have a used one, he fits it onto the rim, another worker puts it on the car for me and puts up the spare. The boss rings me up. This is, hands down, the best place to get tires in the greater New Orleans/Metairie area; new or repaired. The owner is kind, reasonable, and quick.
