Oh, I came in with my family, Driving our motorhome and these EXPERTS listened to my husbands…read morecomplains about what was happening. The EXPERTS decided that my husband, who is not a mechanic, knew what the tire problem was. They informed us that these was nothing wrong with said tire, replaced said tire anyway, charged us over $200. Then, upon telling us that there was NOTHING WRONG, decided to balance the tire we thought was the problem and DID NOT even inspect the other tires. Sent us on our way with a "God Bless You" and 15 miles down the road, we stopped at an RV shop who looked at our tires and showed us the problem, called a favor into another tire shop who got the problem fixed IMMEDIATELY. Didn't ask us what the problem was, because they ARE EXPERTS! They figured out the problem and they fixed it. Only our way safely. When we called T&W they said they would meet us and replace the tire we just had replaced. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL??? Have the day y'all deserve and I hope you sleep well with your ill-gotten gains.
