It is now October 31st and it still is not done! And since they only work 3-5 hours at a time, with 3 or 4 breaks in between, it may be another week or more before it is finally finished. The man over them has had to be called 3 times to come out and light a fire under them. They worked 1 8 hour shift then went back to the 3-5 hours. The work is shoddy as hell. It's uneven and the lines are crooked. Even the customers notice. If it had been up to me, they would have been fired by the 3rd week!

They really can do almost any request and are pretty patient even when I hadn't picked a stain blend until the floor was installed. They can be hard to schedule some times but always would get back to me unlike some other flooring companies in the area which took 3 weeks just to get a quote. I was ordering them not a contractor. This was a whole kitchen remodel. I get all the cabinets and they are in small boxes!!! 4600 dollars and I a supposed to do the assembly. Nope we had to return them they did. The one older gentleman in the front was saying how easy they were to put together. While thr kids In the back were saying they are a pain to put together. Then he offered to give me step by step instructions. So he gave me cabinets without instructions. So we returned them bought beautiful same white shaker cabinets assembled at home depot for less!!!! For less!!!!! Then we buy butcher block counter tops and we had to go and order another 10foot one left at the store cause we didn't have room. Went to go back a week later the suckers sold it to some other customers!!!!! The nerve they have. They told us we should have come back sooner. We have a 30 day hold! Now they can't get another one for 3 to 4 weeks! So very disappointed with this company! We have spent a lot of money at this company in windows, doors, and flooring! I like the prices on trim, used windows, doors. Some appliances are also a deal. Found a widespread sink (not available thru HD or Lowe's) for a good amount. My biggest gripe was loosing/selling the door we had found with rain glass in it. They didn't even seem concerned. I either had to put a non matching door next to the rain glass side window or spend $1000 to get one to match. I learned my lesson- don't let it happen to you.

The wood floors are about 3/4's complete and look great. The crew who did the carpet strretching were outstanding working hard all day. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Carpet looks new. The hardwood crew is the same - really great work. Very professional looking. My thanks to Carl and all contractors for job well done. The color and the seams, however, aren't a good match.
