It is now October 31st and it still is not done! And since they only work 3-5 hours at a time, with 3 or 4 breaks in between, it may be another week or more before it is finally finished. The man over them has had to be called 3 times to come out and light a fire under them. They worked 1 8 hour shift then went back to the 3-5 hours. The work is shoddy as hell. It's uneven and the lines are crooked. Even the customers notice. If it had been up to me, they would have been fired by the 3rd week!

I was ordering them not a contractor. This was a whole kitchen remodel. I get all the cabinets and they are in small boxes!!! 4600 dollars and I a supposed to do the assembly. Nope we had to return them they did. The one older gentleman in the front was saying how easy they were to put together. While thr kids In the back were saying they are a pain to put together. Then he offered to give me step by step instructions. So he gave me cabinets without instructions. So we returned them bought beautiful same white shaker cabinets assembled at home depot for less!!!! For less!!!!! Then we buy butcher block counter tops and we had to go and order another 10foot one left at the store cause we didn't have room. Went to go back a week later the suckers sold it to some other customers!!!!! The nerve they have. They told us we should have come back sooner. We have a 30 day hold! Now they can't get another one for 3 to 4 weeks! So very disappointed with this company! We have spent a lot of money at this company in windows, doors, and flooring! And this is the treatment we get!!!

I like the prices on trim, used windows, doors. Some appliances are also a deal. Found a widespread sink (not available thru HD or Lowe's) for a good amount. My biggest gripe was loosing/selling the door we had found with rain glass in it. They didn't even seem concerned. I either had to put a non matching door next to the rain glass side window or spend $1000 to get one to match. I learned my lesson- don't let it happen to you.

To make matters worse, the wall trim in the room was chipped and damaged during installation. I reached out in early March 2025, and a manager came to inspect the issues. He acknowledged the problems and said someone would return to fix them. That was over two months ago- despite follow-up messages, I've received no response. I've been left with visibly damaged carpet and zero accountability. I feel completely taken advantage of, and the end result looks cheap and unfinished.

The owner really cares about flooring and not taking short cuts. It was messy after the install and we had to remove the old carpet ourselves before hand. But I would still choose them again as the install will last many years compared to my other carpet home depot put in. Great family business! Their price was comparable to Home Depot's "free install". I got better quality carpet, amazing quality install, and they didn't give me the run around with asbestos tile underneath which most of Astoria homes have. I highly recommend them!

From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on.
