They installed an iron door on our house where we have three small children (of whom they were very aware, since I made a big point of it when ordering the door) that doesn't open with a push bar from inside. Oops! This means that if there's an emergency, such as a fire, and the parents are disabled, the children may not be able to exit through this door. Authement's themselves brought up this issue to me, and said that all doors installed on houses need a "panic bar." But then they installed a door with no "panic bar" and yelled at me when I brought it to their attention. Very ugly behavior.
