I am yoga is an absolute dream! The interior decorations are so aesthetically pleasing. When you walk in the front desk greets you and you can check in to your yoga class on a pad. Once your class starts you take off your shoes and anything extra and put them in the cubbies outside. The class is in a back room with large glass doors, that can be open during the summer time! The ambiance is so relaxing with candles everywhere. The teacher is in the center of the room and everyone is around them. There are yoga mats, blocks, and ropes that can all be used and are sanitized after every class. I got to take a class with the owner which was an absolute dream! The moves can all be modified to your difficulty level, and you don't feel pressured at all to do anything you aren't comfortable doing. I felt like I got such an amazing workout and even sweated! The temperature of the room is set to a perfect level so you don't get too hot. They also do yoga retreats, sound baths, and different types of classes. In the studio they have a whole room dedicated to Lululemon clothing as well as a juice and snack bar! If you are looking for a workout studio to get you in shape, clear your head of any stress, and help heal your body this is definitely the place! read more

I love this place been going now for the last two months. I practice yoga for spiritual reasons, the instructors are certified and serious about their practice. I've been practicing vinyasa only in this studio as I enjoy more regress yoga. I just wish they had bikram and ashtanga yoga. I practiced bikram a while ago, and love the heat while going through the flow. So hope they bring that to their studio. read more

I have been coming to this yoga studio for a little over a year now. Usually they're fantastic but I recently went to a morning restorative class(if you don't know what that, it is little movement to get the blood going). It was freezing in the room, they did not turn it on and I could not concentrate on my own practice because of the chill. Extremely stingy with the central heating and air.. I think if you give cold morning yoga sessions then you need to make sure your paying customers are comfortable. read more

I Am Yoga is a beautiful studio that feels like a spa. I have had wonderful visits here and wish they were a little closer to me! Rosemary's (Meso's) class was the most fun I've ever had in a stretching-based relaxation class! She is a riot and had me giggling to myself throughout the class. I felt not only relaxed, but uplifted. She reminded us to respect our limitations and modeled the same. Wonderful, wonderful class. Ikey's powerful Vinyasa Flow class had me focused on my body and my spirit the entire 90 minutes. His strong presence and love for yoga, in all forms, is contagious. I've been going to I Am Yoga for almost 10 years. I love this place! Anna, the owner, goes out of her way to make sure that each person's experience is perfect. The teachers at I Am Yoga are professional and highly trained, many trained directly by Anna. The teachers work hard at making sure the Yogi gets their needs met. The classes are more like 'experiences' because so much goes into the details: music, meditation, breathe-work. In addition to killer yoga classes of all different types and styles, there is massage therapy, and there is a doctor of chiropractics who does ART or active response therapy, which if you've never tried it, you've got to try it-it really works wonders! All in all, I highly recommend this place. It is not like any other yoga studio that I have been to. Anna makes sure that everyone is very professional and students only get the best teachers. Will each experience be flawless? No! But it is learning by watching as the yogi teacher use his/her yogic teachings to move through the next thing. I absolutely love this studio! Wonderful people and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I started coming here a couple of years ago after purchasing a Groupon for a month's unlimited classes and I've been a member ever since. The instructors are fantastic and always really helpful. There are a variety of yoga classes available as well as a few pilates classes. The yoga room has lots of props like blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets - whatever you need to stay comfortable and assist with your practice. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Love the classes, but it gets way too full and almost doesn't feel relaxing because as people show up late or on time, with a packed class we continuously have to smash together to make them fit. It seems like there should be a limit of people per class and use a method to sign in like on the app etc or remodel the yoga area and make it bigger! The room is small for the amount of people who are in it with their mats. Fitting 5 people in a row isn't suitable, as it feels like the person next to you is nearly on you or can fall on you! I like my space, especially while relaxing! I'm debating if I want to continue coming as I just signed up for monthly package but feels unfair to pay for something and have to be uncomfortable during the class. read more

I LOVE this studio, mainly for massages! I go to Heidi there for massages and she is wonderful! When I first started going, I had never even gotten a massage before, but she is always super nice and caring- and an AWESOME massage therapist.
