In addition to Pilates reformer classes they offer a variety of group fitness classes and fusion classes. Her oils... honestly, I can smell them from the parking lot, and my body hums with both excitement and calm. But when I come to Shine, it's about me. I do this for me. The kind smiles and heartfelt greetings are always so welcoming. Sarah's optimism and genuinely charming personality stand out. Her Mat Pilates class challenges me both physically and mentally--her voice has this power that pushes me to just try, and somehow, I always surprise myself. Every instructor truly means it when they say to be proud of showing up for yourself. Those words carry weight and remind me that my mind and body deserve care, too--so I always leave Shine feeling more grounded.

From the moment I arrived, Nancy created a welcoming and professional environment. Even though it was my first class with her, she took the time to learn about my background and experience, offering personalized guidance and thoughtful adjustments throughout the session. Every movement was explained with precision and purpose, and Nancy had an incredible eye for detail--gently refining my form to help me move more efficiently and with better alignment. Her class was challenging but balanced. I loved it! I left feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to my body.
