You'll be really sorry if you use Andgar, I know I had to have my system completely taken out, and rebuilt. Very bad company!

From the very beginning, Air Health Services was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The technician who cleaned our ducts was courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained the process clearly and completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. We also had some ducting that needed to be replaced. A second technician arrived promptly and installed the new runs under the house quickly and efficiently. Recently, an insulation company informed us that a rodent had chewed through ducting connected to our furnace, ducting I believed had already been replaced (it hadn't; rather, they simply reattached it). I immediately contacted Air Health Services, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. They were completely honest, took the time to talk with me about addressing possible rodent issues, and reassured me every step of the way. Even more impressive, they offered to return to reattach and patch the furnace connection at no cost. I made this call on a Friday, and they will be stopping by on Monday. The neighborly care, integrity, and genuine concern they show for their customers truly set them apart. I am incredibly grateful to companies like this that clearly care about their work and their community. I highly recommend Air Health Services for all your needs. Thank you for your outstanding service and commitment to excellence.

The guy worked through some different heating options with me, since I wanted to replace the old baseboard heaters. After we settled on a mini split heat pump, he stayed and took some measurements and we came up with a quote on the spot, considering the different pump sizes, brands, and layouts. They then worked with me to get the financing to make it possible. The installation for 2 outdoor units and 3 heads was done in a single day, and then another day for the electrical work to hook up. The crew was very nice and respectful of my space. Unfortunately some control wires got crossed during the installation (so the coolant was going to the wrong unit) and it took me a while to diagnose why the temps were so weird between the two units upstairs. But once I called and asked about it, they came right out and fixed the issue and it's been working great ever since!

Lots of elders in this neighborhood use that sidewalk for their exercise. There isn't a sidewalk on the other side of the street that people can use instead. I contacted the company via FB to let them know, but got no response. I'd waited an hour before posting here hoping that my FB message would prompt them to move it. Didn't happen. It was parked there for at least an hour before I went to FB. I know who I WON'T be calling for HVAC services. Rude, y'all.

I used them 3 times, once to install a…read morewater heater (great experience; original review), a second time to repair a gas leak (things went terribly wrong), a third time to investigate this oily burnt foul smell in the kitchen (dissatisfied). PROS + Most of the people at NES are nice. Chris in Sales is professional and easy to work with. Dan, the own, went out of his way to make things right when my gas leak repair went REALLY bad. CONS - When I had a gas leak in the garage, this one technician misdiagnosed and replaced a gas pipe that was not leaking. A few hours after the technician left, I called them to ask to send the technician back as I was still smelling gas in the garage. The receptionist REFUSED to send him back because she did not believe I was still smelling gas. As it turned out, the technician had replaced a line that was not leaking. After spending several hours, the technician finally located where it's really leaking. Unfortunately, this is not the end of my ordeal. They put a temporary hookup so that I can at least use the water heater before they can fix the leak on a later day. Then, the temporary hookup leaked! It was after hours, but I called NES and left a message for the on-call person. I ended up having to call the Cascade Natural Gas emergency line as I did not receive a call back, and Cascade Natural Gas shut off my main gas line. Because of the misdiagnosis and the failure to respond to my after-hour request, Dan, the owner, gave me his personal cell number in case I have difficulty reaching them. - The same technician was sent to my house a couple days ago when I requested to investigate the foul smell I noticed in the kitchen. Ok, the previous time, he was reluctant to investigate the issue any further as he thought he had fixed the leak. This time as well, he was reluctant to do anything. First thing he said was "I don't know what to tell you." So, I asked him to at least check for a gas leak. 10 minutes later he left, and I received a bill for $92.40 ($85 trip charge plus tax). As I requested a service call, I did pay (the entire bill), but I expressed to the office my concerns about this technician's unwillingness to help me TWICE. I am not even calling this technician incompetent, but it's a waste of money at least if he's not willing to help his customers. The office promised me to send someone else in the future. It is my Yelp review policy not to name names to avoid "public shaming." However, if you're considering to hire NES and want to know which technician I'm talking about, please PM me. I had Barron install a new 96% efficient furnace and AC system. There were some positives to the…read moreexperience, but there were also several details that left me disappointed, especially considering the cost of a full HVAC installation. The installation team reconnected vents to the master and guest bedrooms and repaired a crushed return line, which I appreciated. However, I noticed the repaired return had multiple unsealed screw holes. While I can seal the visible holes myself with silicone, I have no way of knowing if there are additional leaks on top of the ductwork that I cannot see. More importantly, sealing those penetrations should have been completed as part of the installation. They actually sealed the seams where the old meets the repair. Prior to the installation, we discussed running the refrigerant lines adjacent to the existing HVAC chase. Instead, the lines were run on the opposite side of the hallway and continue through the middle of the laundry room. It's not the end of the world, and the system still functions, but it creates a much bigger challenge to conceal the lines and significantly lowers the ceiling in that area. I was also instructed to pour a concrete pad with minimum dimensions of 18" x 36", so I went above and beyond and poured a 24" x 40" pad to provide extra room. During installation, I was told the actual required dimensions were 36" x 36", which resulted in the installer placing a foam pad over the concrete pad. This could have been avoided with more accurate communication upfront. To bring the new system up to code, two vents needed to penetrate my single-membrane roof. Prior to performing the roof penetrations, Barron informed me that they were not qualified to seal the penetrations. While I appreciate the transparency, this information came only after I had already paid a 50% deposit and committed to the project. This left me responsible for finding and hiring another contractor to complete a very small roofing job. Finding someone willing to take on such a minor project has been frustrating, and two weeks later I am still waiting for the penetrations to be properly sealed. I understand that HVAC contractors may not perform specialized roofing work, but this should have been identified during the estimating process so the project could have been properly planned and coordinated before I committed to the installation. Overall, the equipment appears to be good, and there were aspects of the installation that were done well. However, the lack of communication, attention to detail, and coordination between trades turned what should have been a straightforward HVAC replacement into a frustrating experience.

When she…read moreasked for an estimate, she was told that they cannot do knob-and-tube wiring replacement and to contact an electrical contractor.
